I walk in lightly as for a macchiato the person behind the counter who's been here for several years as to me they don't make macchiato perplexed. I looked at her and replied. Can you make an espresso on some phone on top she said absolutely who trains these people? i've been going to this place for years and the prices are nearly doubled and I can honestly say I don't think anybody's ever really smiled when I've been here. I can't say the service is bad and I can't say the service is unfriendly, but I can say without a doubt they are not warm there. There was the time when I love this place and paid the premium to come here, but today is the straw that broke the camels back. Also, the café has a new policy where you can't order and sit inside. You have to use a waitress for everything now so if you want a quick transaction. This is not the place. read more

Quaint little Café and Bakery in the center of the outdoor mall. The staff are always very friendly. The menu is not huge, but they have a number of snacks and other items to choose from. Great Coffee, and they also have beer and wine. read more

Cute place in an outdoor mall. They have inside and porch (outside) seats. Very basic menu. Service was good. Food was basic, fairly boring and super pricey. My omelet with hard dry toast, was $18. It wasn't particularly good either. My husband had a salad with steak and did enjoy that more than I did mine. Wouldn't come back. But it was convenient for today as we were on foot from our hotel. read more

Overpriced for nothing. For a mall like Waterside and the shops that are there , I think we deserve a much better restaurant.

Overpriced bad food. The "iced coffee" was lukewarm. Apparently they just poor warm coffee over ice cubes. Guess you can get away with that in a high end mall in a very affluent town. read more

I am very familiar with Santa Fe Cafés, I used to frequent them in Miami before they closed down. They were in Brickell and Bal Harbour, both mall settings. The space is very much set up like a standard cafe, nothing too fancy but I do like that they have to go items. In the Naples shop, they have dinning indoors and outdoors and they have a good amount of offerings. The staff is always pleasant and nice and I do like that they bring a Latin flare to the mall with some of their food, it's minimal though. My only issue is that it is on the pricier side for a restaurant that's a cafe. Other than that, I enjoy having them in Naples read more

Nice little cafe in the heart of swanky shopping... food was very good, service was a bit slow. Overall, recommended. We got an Italian Melt and ham and cheese empanada. Food was very good. Also got a super greens smoothie- it needed a sweet fruit like pineapple to make it taste as good as it is for you. read more

Ok so I like trying new places. I just got off of work. I'm hungry and tired. I decided to try this place out since it was right around the corner. I ordered an omelette with the works, bacon added, and cuban toast. I also ordered the 3 eggs over easy breakfast with the works, bacon added and cuban toast. I got an additional 4 empanadas. One of each. And 2 bagels with cream cheese which also came with a bag of chips. Yes, this sounds like a lot, but when I opened each box the portions were so small. And instead of 3 over easy eggs I only got 1. Bummer. My fault for not checking my food before leaving. Like I stated, I got out of work at 8am and I just wanted to go home, eat, and go to bed. The empanadas were delicious. I don't know if it was worth over $50 though. Well, I tried. I would recommend the empanadas for sure. Everything else..... Well, that's up to the public. read more

We had the most perfect afternoon at the new Argentinian cafe!! It is so much more than a cafe...not just coffee and baked goodies but a good spread of delightful breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I loved starting off with a Bellini right next to beautiful fountain. Then we moved on to authentic freshly made Argentinian empanadas--beef is my personal fave. Then, thankfully I was able to share so I could experience 2 of the best must-have sandwiches. The Santa Fe Milanesa and the Lomito were fantastic. I had a little guidance or what to choose since one of our friends is Argentinian and she was absolutely right. The Santa Fe Milanesa (we chose chicken) is lightly breaded. The Lomita is a juicy beef tenderloin topped with an egg. I can't wait to go back!!! This is just the place that Waterside Shops needed! read more

Service was good. Ambiance is nice and cozy, but definitely not what you'd expect for Waterside Shops. Food I can not speak on because I've been reluctant to try since the coffee is horrendously bad. I ordered a latte with an extra shot and took one sip as I walked out and immediately through it in the garbage. I've worked with coffee for many years and can say that whenever made the latte does not know how to properly portion and tamp the espresso. The shots probably poured in 5 seconds resulting in a very very weak tasting drink that also had the color consistency of milk tea. No foam on top and probably barely heated over 100°. I'm not sure why this place and SO many other coffee shops DO NOT USE thermometers when heating milk. You can't accurately heat/froth milk by touch of the pitcher. To be fair, since I work close by I decided to give them another shot. Basically same thing as before but instead of a latte that was barely warm, I got one that was burned. And for those of you that don't know burned, the milk was heating too long causing the taste to be almost foul. 130-145° is optimal for a froth while milk latte, this was probably 170°+. read more

The empanadas are huge and incredibly filling! My favorite thing is the fresh juices, especially the detox greens blend. There's indoor and outdoor seating, I prefer the outdoor seating especially during the winter months, it's perfect for people watching. Service is pretty quick, especially for the juices. Every thing about this place is excellent other than the staff. They are often to interested in talking among themselves than waiting on customers. They also tend to forget that people who don't look Latino my speak Spanish a can hear their rude comments. The owner should deal with this before they lose fail at something that could be a success. read more

Came here to do some school work and brought my dog, the staff was amazing and very professional. I got a piece of chocolate cake and a water. Instantly my food was at the table and even brought A bowl of water for my dog. The restaurant itself is very clean, overall great atmosphere and plays great music.
