The display cases that showcase the large fluffy croissants, pastries and sandwiches make your mouth water. The espresso coffee drinks have a deep rich flavor and are super creamy. There are several different types of milk you can choose from. The almond croissant was so flakey and delicious. Prices are typical for Naples, meaning not cheap, but the quality makes up for it. It's a wonderful place to meet up with a friend for breakfast or lunch, or just hang out and get some work done. I was going to go to this coffee shop for the first time, but they have an AI voice that answers the phone... When I asked to speak with a real person, the AI says "one moment please", waits 30 seconds, and hangs up on you. Every time. I just wanted to ask about wait times. This AI answering machine is lazy. Stopped by 316 Cafe today in Bonita. Ordered a strawberry latte, extra sweet, decaf, and a lavender matcha, extra sweet. The matcha was good. The latte was a little stronger than expected. I thought that there would be more strawberry syrup. I also ordered a dark chocolate dipped and filled croissant. I was expecting it to be completely filled with dark chocolate cream; however the croissant had only one dollop of cream in it. I spoke to a server and they confirmed that the croissants normally have this amount of dark chocolate cream inside the croissants and that nothing was out of the ordinary. I was pretty disappointed considering that the croissant was over $10. Although I was expecting more at a 316 Cafe, I hope that this isn't the case if I decide to come back again. Place looks nice though! We're former coffee roasters and we love trying coffee shops. Husband loved the cappuccino; however, it was a little grassy/earthy for my taste. I like a smooth finish on my espresso drinks. Nice and somewhat friendly counter service. Gentleman at cash register became a little off-putting when I asked if they had jelly or honey for croissants. And, no they don't BTW. Busy, but most tables on a weekday morning were taken by people just working on laptops. They have a nice outdoor area, but too hot to utilize in August when we visited. Visited Three Sixteen with family today and we LOVED it! We ordered their iced vanilla latte, strawberry matcha, croissants, and egg Benedict croissant with salmon(not pictured). The food items looked amazing and tasted even better. Same goes for the drinks. Excellent! I consider myself an avid coffee lover and was actually in the business years ago. This new shop is doing everything right. From the equipment behind the counter to the beans and bakery item, I feel like these guys know what they are doing. I had a fantastic Cortado with just the right amount of espresso flavor to balance out the milk. The presentation was spot on, and despite the shop being crowded, my drink was built and delivered in record time. I also had one of their pistachio croissants which I thought was excellent (a little mushy, but welcome to high-humidity Florida!). My only complaint is a staff member interrupted the guy taking my order at the counter while I was talking, and I always think this is a little rude. Most things can wait. We're visiting from out of town and I was ready to have another disappointing latte and mediocre food... BUT this is hands-down, the most delicious coffee shop. The lattes were amazing, a little pricey, but they also serve Maple Hill milk, so I was happy to pay $9 for latte. This will definitely be our daily breakfast spot. I think this is the first time on a vacation where we actually bought and ate the food instead of buying and throwing 3/4th of it away. The only other time we've had comparable croissants was in a Seattle café that used flour from France, owned by a French guy who has an article written by him in the Seattle times. The coffee was good - it was $9 for a medium sized iced coffee though. I think it is a lot but it did taste good. My husband just got drip coffee for $4 dollars. It was good as well. We had heard so much from friends about the incredible syrniki here, and we finally made the drive from Miami to try them. Our very first impression of the café was wow, it is absolutely beautiful. The place looks incredibly stylish and thoughtfully designed. The staff was amazingly friendly, answered all of our questions, and the syrniki were simply perfect. Very rich in cottage cheese, soft, delicate, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and absolutely delicious with the vanilla sour cream and jam. And the matcha here... just wow. Truly 10/10. This breakfast was definitely worth the two-hour drive, and we already want to come back more often. read more

Cold windy day in Florida so we try to decided to try this new. First we split a chicken salad croissant chicken salad salad was delicious. Delicious. It had sliced cherry tomatoes in there some arugula, and a very, very good flaky. Then we split avocado toast. It had red pepper in it my friend couldn't eat it. It was good, but I had to take it home to have it for dinner. Then we tried the round pistachio croissant. We have never seen anything like this. It was delicious.
