This is one of the places I go for lunch with co-workers when in town for business. We were seated almost immediately in a requested section with requested server despite having a group of 8 during the lunch hour. Order taken almost immediately and food brought promptly. Can I say the bread rolls they serve are delicious. It is served with a creamy, delicious cinnamon butter. The cinnamon butter was a little heavy on cinnamon but the butter itself was really good. I had the ribeye steak and it was cooked perfectly. I will have to say though, it was very bland. A missed opportunity for major flavor. I ordered it with a side of rice and it was undercooked. After dinner, I ordered a deep fried banana dessert to take home. It was mediocre in flavor and the sauce that typically goes with it was barely there. Then another 20 minutes for bread. 1 hr later we get food and the steaks come out well done when we ordered medium. Came here tonight for Mother's Day. WAY different experience than I am normally used to. Our server was a girl named Cody. The service was awful. I MEAN TERRIBLE. I have worked in the service industry for roughly 7 years so I know what's it's like and I normally give servers the benefit of the doubt but this was too far. No no no. Not good at all. I deleted the photos of the food I took so as not to remind myself of the night spent in the bathroom. I went with my whole family and my best friend and I wish we would've gotten McDonald's instead. The food was lacking in flavor. It took almost an hour to get our food to us and when we got it two people had the wrong things. I didn't finish mine as it was not good. My wife also put her fork down midway through. My son said he enjoyed his burger, but like the rest of us was in for a horrible night afterwards. My friend was hurting so bad before we got home he had to stop at a gas station to use the restroom! He informed me the next day he spent the whole night on the commode. I didn't fare much better and my son was wishing he hadn't ordered a burger as he had diarrhea for 2 days. If I could give 0 stars I would. We went on mother's day and we expected there to be a wait, but we got there about 6:10 and got our food at 7:40 and we couldn't eat any of it. We have 2 steaks that were really cold, steak tips that were uncooked and even our kids meals were nasty. My daughter got Mac n cheese and there was milk sitting in the bottom of the bowl where it had sat so long that it settled. My son had grilled cheese and it was really cold. The only reason I'm giving them a 1 star is because you have to when writing a review. Plus, the first bartender that got our drink orders was nice. When we arrived at 3:00, we were told there would be a short wait. The manager told my husband that if we didn't mind sitting at the bar, we would probably get our food faster since the dining tables which were open were still full. That was fine. The female bartender took our order but had to leave work. Before leaving, she explained what was going on to the incoming bartender. Well.....we waited and waited for our food. The people at the farthest end of the bar got their food so we asked if something had happened to our order. The bartender checked, came back and said that the pasta dish had been fixed but left sitting there but they had no idea what happened to the burger, maybe someone else got, maybe it was never fixed. They didn't know. But, if we were patient, they would fix the burger and re-do the pasta dish since it was cold. No one seemed concerned except us and the couple sitting next to us who by now had gotten their order. We finally gave up and decided to leave. The bartender cancelled the order (what order???). We offered to pay for the drinks (tea and soda) but one of the other waitresses asked what we had. We explained what happened and she said, "Just go." I replied, "Oh I will and I won't be back." And, I won't. The serving staff apparently doesn't "play together well" but that's not my fault and no reason for the waitress to be so rude. She did offer to get the manager but by that time we were just ready to find another place to eat so we left. I had 18oz ribeye and it was delicious, had the wing appetizers (Hot) and they were awesome as well. My wife got the beef fajitas was a little disappointed... Steak a little over cooked. The reviews on the burgers and steak sliders was real good (I didn't get them but friends said were good).
