Michael is the exact opposite of the nightmare I had just gone through. Michael is professional, easy to communicate with, he does what he says he's going to do and then some, he shows up every day and works a full day, not just 2-3 hours once every couple of weeks. If there is an issue, he communicates efficiently and effectively offering options to solve the problem immediately. He's honest about what he can and can't do instead of just taking your money & telling you what you want to hear. But most of all, he's meticulous and takes pride in his work, taking the time to do the job right while sticking to the schedule as much as possible. Mike was the only contractor that asked me about my home and the problems I was having. He walked my roof, located the problem areas, was honest about what would need to be done and gave me a decent price. He even offered suggestions as to the color, and I'm so glad I listened to him. His crew was on time everyday and cleaned up after themselves as well. Very courteous & professional. You just don't forget stuff like that. We have been taken advantage of by a company that claims to be Christian based that stands for God, family, honesty and Integrity. That itself is the beginning of the scam! We paid half of the cost of our siding and windows in Sep 2025 however, they did not start until March 2026 and I am STILL with all work NOT done and can't seem to get a response back to email or text. They have come out 3 times so far to repair all of the damage done during installation to our "brand new" James Hardie siding along with uninstalling and reinstalling of a living room window that is now worse after the second attempt! We were sold in writing, a lifetime warranty for windows and in fact when speaking with Pella, it is only a limited 20 year warranty. We have repeatedly reached out to management and ownership (Dave) by phone calls, emails and texts struggling to get a reply or answers back to our questions. As of today, we are waiting on shutter's, sliding glass door that was ordered in the wrong size, side door, the replacement of our custom fit screen door that was thrown away in a dumpster and per 3rd party we need windows uninstalled and reinstalled. However that would void my warranty! I was also asked to make final payment before job has even been completed, which goes against my contract and was also advised my account is delinquent and they will seek further legal action! Had my roof replaced in 2017 by this business. Afterwards the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't…read moreseem to get the steam out. When we had our first hard rain we had water pouring in thru the fan. I got up on the roof and found they had pinched the exhaust hose together and nailed the roof vent on top of it. When you see something like that it says a lot about the people who did the work. Later when I had another leak they dismissed it as "wind driven". Another time I had a consistent leak. They sent a person out who did siding and windows to give me an unbiased inspection. He didn't find anything wrong with the way it was installed but said if I could get a video recording of it I could contact them to prove it. I'm a truck driver so I'm not home when it's happening. Finally I did get it and contacted them and was told that I was out of the warranty period. "2025" Now I have multiple leaks. A roof inspector has gone over the roof and found "dozens" of nails that were either in between the shingle joints or just under the shingle tabs. The previous 3 roofs I had installed had "0" problems. "Sorry to say" I'm disappointed.

Blue Springs Siding and Windows have been great. In the last 4 years, we have had our windows and…read moreone door replaced. The 2nd installer that came out didn't like the way the windows had been wrapped, therefore they were re done. Very nice job and we couldn't be happier. Our siding was all replaced as well. Very nice job also. However, the siding company that supplied the product, Alside, is a different story. Unfortunately, there was a pigment problem with the color and it faded. Alside replaced the faded side and it did not match the other 3 sides, so they had to, unwillingly, replace all the siding. The sales representative for their company has been nothing but rude and threatening. He has plain out said he had no intentions of finishing the job and if we called again, he would get an attorney against us. ? It's his company, not ours. The corner pieces were not replaced and therefore, do not match. They also did not replace the plugs on a couple of shutters. We have two pieces that are buckled. Fortunately, Blue Springs Siding and Windows are going to make things right, and finish the job, that the Alside Representative refuses to finish. Read the warranty very well before agreeing to Alside siding products. Even with the warranty, it appears they have no intention to uphold their end.
