Its sad and Unfortunate that I am writing this review...... The chairs we rented for my sons 18th bday celebration were old and DIRTY. Thats not even the worst part. At checkout, we wanted to pay cash, we were told they only take credit cards, so we gave them the card. It was a little unsettling that they entered the information manually and didn't runt the card. We asked why they were entering the information manually and were told they do it this is how they usually run cards. It was strange but we needed the chairs. The very next Moring, we get an ALERT from our bank asking if we authorized a $257.00 at Aeropostale online store and another at a Childrens place for $28.00, both stores at the mall in ABQ. We immediately called our bank and the card was canceled. Today when I returned the chairs, I asked to speak to a manager or whomever took our card information. The manager looked at the receipt and left the room, leaving us to speak to a female at the desk who was rude and non apologetic. I will be filing a Police report. read more

Mother's 100th Birthday Party Rented tables, tents and linens from SF Party REntals. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE from the get-g0. Called to place order 5 wks before party. Called to confirm 1 week out and they had no record of the call. They were rude and less than helpful and it didn't help there was a language barrier. When they delivered the order they didn't bring the chairs. They blamed that on me. Their workers didn't speak english and my parents are 91 and 100 and don't know any better to push back if they get bad service. When they came to pick up the stuff my dad answered the door. He gets confused easily so he asked them to wait until my mom got out of the bathroom. They left and the company called me to tell he they wouldn't take down the equipment for my aged parents and charge me to do so. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!!! read more

I had a good experience, my staff was ready to be load up and the crew was very helpful.

Incredibly rude! Today I returned heavy patio heaters that we rented. Unfortunately I have bad elbows and I was not able to assist the laborer in off-loading these from my truck. The management on duty told me that effectively this was my problem not theirs. Nobody else was there to help and I had a schedule to keep: I did not want to wait until their crew arrived back to help unload. Stress arose over this issue between me and the laborer eventually yelled at me to "shut up" and he ripped the heater igniter out my hand. Eventually (10 minutes - not that bad) a crew arrived to unload the heaters. How sad is it that, because they are the only game in town for "party rentals", they have to treat customers like dirt. read more

Worst communication skills ever!! And I'm not just referring to their lack of English. This place is a ripoff! Their tables are damaged and ugly. Their service is horrible. It is overpriced and nobody there can stay calm when you're addressing your problem- they are rude and disrespectful money hungry people. Not a very professional business. I would NEVR refer Santa Fe Party Rentals to anyone! A party is stressful enough to plan- why does this place need to add to the stress. read more

Rosa and Santa Fe Party Rentals helped make our daughters wedding a spectacular event. When I first went in to start the initial reservation for a tent and tables, chairs, tablecloths plates, etc. Rosa was helpful suggesting items I might need. As the needs got clarified, she was flexible with the order and made helpful suggestions. The crew to set up the tent arrived on the appointed time, worked with me to get the perfect placement of the tent and lights and set everything where I needed it to be. They requested an extra day for breakdown which was great, since it gave us time to take down our decorations from the tent. read more

STAY AWAY! I've used their rental services for many years because they are the only party rental company in Santa Fe. I've overlooked the entire staff's rudeness for years and the degraded condition of their rental supplies, but this year was the straw that broke the camel's back. Their behavior is rude and their demeanor arrogant. Their rental equipment is OLD and filthy, and they are always shorthanded for some reason or another. They are argumentative and treated me as though they were doing me a favor for renting their outdated disgusting equipment. Their showroom is a hangout for their extended family members to sit around and listen to transaction details that are none of their business. As a customer, you are providing personal payment information for your transaction as well as home or business addresses which are private and persons who are not part of the business are listening in on every detail. This was extremely unnerving since I don't know who these persons are or what they are doing with the personal details you are giving over to the rude woman who seems to be the owner of the business. I decided during my transaction that I'd had enough and would just contact the vendors in Albuquerque to obtain my needed equipment. Since I knew what I wanted to rent and the websites for these entities had detailed information on them I was able to rent and pay for the equipment over the phone! What a difference in shopping experience! They thanked me for my business and said they looked forward to future transactions...a type of customer service behavior I've never experienced at Santa Fe Party Rentals... read more

I rented a jump house from here had to load the thing into my truck by myself employees walking around laughing as I struggled when returning it I was called names and again not helped to remove it from my truck save yourself a backache and take your money elsewhere read more
