We called local business Turner & Sons as they had replaced our water tank over 10yrs earlier and we were very pleased with their service. They were out to check our system the very next day, and this was at the end of the week just prior to a busy 4 day holiday weekend. Rick arrived and had determined our pump had failed and needed replacement. They were able to schedule the service to take place 2 days later on a Saturday (again during a busy holiday weekend). All repairs were done (Replaced pump, all pump electrical, pump electrical unit, and re-calibration of entire system), no easy feat with our pump located 400ft underground. Excellent service from beginning to end and Kudos to all the staff @ Turner & Sons...First to Michaela who handled our calls and coordinated all of our appointments with care, concern, and excellent customer service.
