My boy was able to dress up like a Jedi with face stripes like Ahsoka. She even painted light sabers on his arms. He felt beyond special. The girls were more predictable with a mermaid and a unicorn with matching face paint and sparkly pink nails. They loved running around with stick horses, playing tea party, and exploring the mermaid seashell perch. I was honestly just disappointed I didn't spring for the works package after another little girl came in and had her hair done. Next time! I visited Storybook Station in Spring 2025 based off a review on Facebook. Prior to that, I've only…read moreseen and interacted with Storybook Entertainment characters performing at various events on the island (examples: Christmas events at Royal Hawaiian Center, events at Wet N Wild, etc). There are 2 physical locations - Pearlridge and Windward Mall. My child's birthday was coming up, so I booked BOTH locations for a "Stay and Play" session. You can either call or book online for a session. A "Stay and Play" session starts off with choosing a costume. There are many options to choose from - unicorn, princess, mermaid, cheerleader, etc. After changing, your child is whisked off for a makeover which includes nail painting and face painting. How fun! Kids can have a little tea party with the Storybook staff (who are also dressed up), dance to the music, and/or have a photoshoot with the props. Although both locations have different props, they are both magical in their own right. I mean, check out my pictures. The colors, the lighting ... everything just adds to the ambiance and makes a very unique and unforgettable experience for the little ones. You won't regret bringing your kid(s) here. Since then, I have been seeing his name all over town, and it seems just about everyone on the island has been hiring him to perform at their parties. He does those tricks that make you stand there with your mouth open for 5 minutes. I had a chance to talk to him and I was really impressed. Besides the fact that he made my fork disappear into thin air lol! He has been doing magic since he was 6 and he doesn't just do magic but designs sets and props, and is a total expert on how to dress like Santa which he takes very seriously. He said that it hurts a kids feelings if a Santa looks bad, so he always wants to make sure to be the BEST santa EVER! He also said it isn't that hard, that for $5 you can go to Longs and get what you need that it just takes a little effort. I just thought that was really cool that he cares about kids that much that it makes him mad to see BAD SANTAS lol. He was really upset when he talked about Santas who don't take pride in their appearance and character! I would definitely hire him for my kids party and actually would hire him to consult on any event I did because he knows just about everything there is to know about having an event in Hawaii and the vendors to hire etc. I think he could save you a lot of headaches and a small fortune if you hired him to consult on your event.

They are always a hit with keiki, adults and Kupuna because of their amazing skills to turn ordinary balloons into a beautiful sculpture either to wear on your head, arm, wrist, back, carry around and pretty much anything you can think of. Easy to contact online and they confirm right away. Price per hour is more than reasonable and well worth it because they are always always always the hit of the party! Even the grouchiest guest can't help but smile and laugh when they create a special waist-wearing unicorn or Ghostbuster backpack and hose! This past Saturday we were lucky to have the third brother, Gideon, perform his magic and he arrived on time, easy set up, all prepared, dressed professionally, very friendly and amazing talking with the keiki. Gideon brought a large board with pictures of various balloon art to choose from and makes it easier on the guest which moves the line faster. Or, we've always asked if he can make a Ninja Turtle or Pluto which may not be on the board and most likely he can! One time someone asked for a monkey and he created a large palm tree with a little brown monkey hanging from it holding a banana! That's the extent these guys go to amaze and delight!
