When I said something, the mover immediately stopped and apologized, recognizing that it was inappropriate. I have since reached out to Brandon, the owner of the company, by text message, left a voicemail on a couple occasions, and wrote through the website asking to address it with photographic evidence. It's been over a week and a half, and he is clearly ignoring me. I am filing a complaint with the BBB next and will continue to leave reviews until this company repairs the damage they caused. The sad part is that I thought the movers overall worked hard and did a good job in other respects. I realize that the damage came from being tired at the end of a long day, but the fact is that your movers caused it, and part of what I paid for in working with you is an insured company that would cover any damage to the premises.

They were all very friendly and accommodating. I had to go to the new storage facility to get in before they were finished at the old storage facility. Richard made sure that everything was out, he took a photo of the cleaned out space for me. The arrived promptly at the new facility and were super friendly and fast about getting my belongings into the new storage space.
