I also love that they mix things up by incorporating strength training, barre, and yoga into traditional Pilates, so every class feels fresh and engaging. I usually feel great after a workout at their studios, but unfortunately, that wasn't my experience at this location. I was left a bit confused because most locations are led by experienced instructors. Maybe our instructor was new, and since it was my first time here, I'm open to giving it another shot with a different instructor. She wasn't great at leading the class. It was hard to hear her, and she sounded very muffled. For most of the class, no one seemed to know what her instructions were, and it was pretty apparent. I'll come back and see how it goes again.

The bathroom lock has been broken? The girl who walked in on me, mentioned it's not new... and that's why she proceeded so slowly.

Charged my friend for the most expensive membership and didn't tell her. Then after a few months I come back & I signed up for a month membership ( so I thought) but was later informed I signed up for a 3 month student membership. No one told me this, I didn't sign anything, and they told me it was on the contract. After going back & forth they told me they'd cancel my membership without the extra $50 fee. THE NEXT month I was charged $139 again. I called back, was told it was taken care of again and wouldn't be charged. Here I am AGAIN the following month with yet the same $139 charge. DELETE MY account , stop charging me. I had to contact my bank since they don't pick up the phone. Literally blocked them from charging me!! How hard is it to just stop charging an account??? I'm beyond frustrated and I don't usually leave reviews like this. But they have been weird with charges to me and my friends. Watch your bank account.
