I wouldn't take your car or truck here. They rebuild my engine in my truck and refused to fix it under the warranty..

I just want to thank Joe and Vanessa, when I got to Autozone, I was assisted by Vanessa who was…read moreextremely helpful on helping me locate some brake pads and Rotors for my car. She had advised me that they have a deal going on for rotors and brake pads which I couldn't pass up on that deal, Joe then helped me out and replacing my brake pads and rotors as I didn't have the right tools to do so. I couldn't have asked for a better experience here, thank you so much Joe and Vanessa. Wish I could give you more than a 5 star review

Called ahead and was told they could replace and install my battery. I jumped my truck and drove…read moreover, only to be told when I got there they couldn't do it because they were short staffed. So now my truck is dead in their lot. I asked if they had a portable jump starter I could use and was told they don't offer that anymore because one was taken. Then the employee joked that I should call AAA. That's not just inconvenient--that's completely unprofessional. You told me you could do the job, got me there, and then left me stranded with zero help. To make it worse, the employee admitted he wasn't very good at installing batteries. That's a training and leadership issue, not a customer problem. My wife had to load up our kids and drive out just to give me a jump so I could leave. If you can't provide a service, don't tell customers you can. And if you put someone in that position, at least offer a real solution instead of a joke.
