The drip down into the wood from the panels happened the first week and the break between the wood slates was there from the beginning. When I asked for a refund or some kind of a discounted deal because of the amount of issues David got very rude. We would not work with them again.

I always have my assistant contact at least three vendors to compare pricing and to get a sense of whether they are truly knowledgeable. My assistant found two of the vendors and I gave her the information for IRON MEN gates to schedule the appointment. From the moment Elad came out on day one, I was extremely impressed. He has a genuine, down-to-earth personality, and he was serious, professional and clearly knowledgeable about every aspect of the project - exactly what I wanted to accomplish with my gate. The other vendors were much more focused on sales and pitching, rather than taking the time during the initial walkthrough to thoroughly review what I wanted. Elad's proposal was also significantly better in quality and detail. The turnaround time was fast, and it included clear drawings and detailed information about what would be done--something I had not seen from any other vendor I've hired for work around my house. At that point, I knew I wanted to move forward with them. There was some negotiation on pricing, but ultimately I felt the final cost was absolutely worth it. Once I signed the proposal, everything went into motion immediately. They ordered the materials and maintained strong communication throughout the entire process.
