He was kind enough to set aside some time for me in his busy schedule. He assessed the situation and explained in a very relatable way what was going on in my spine. He showed me some simple exercises that I could do everyday to correct the source of the pain. I have found in many healing modalities a tendency for practitioners to create a reliance on themselves so the patient will keep coming back. Troy is not like this at all. He does NOT make pain out to be an insurmountable battle that only he can help you with. Though I only saw him the once, I got the impression that he and the staff there were more like a knowledgeable and compassionate support crew ready and willing to help you get back into alignment.
