They lived up to their great reviews, from the initial contact phone call all the way to the conclusion of the installation of my new unit. Derek, the estimate technician who arrived at my home on April 23rd, was knowledgeable and addressed my questions and offered options. He was at my home for over two hours! He offered me several options, without pressuring me, simply explaining the benefits of each option. His willingness to explore my request to remove current water outflow pipe that had been on the garage floor for decades, presenting a safety risk, and route it another way outside was taken seriously and creatively. He took me through the plan and I was so pleased. The technicians who arrived the next day to do the install, Gary, James and Kauntes, were excellent workers. Gary was in charge and went over the plan with me in detail. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues and get the job done! All three of them were courteous and, without being asked, applied shoe coverings every time they entered the house. They cleaned up after themselves. Gary kept me apprised of their progress. They began working at approximately 9:15 am and did not leave my house until 6:15 pm. This company installed our A/C and, ever since, this system has been giving us problems multiple times a year. After some research, I decided to call another company. Barry from Blue Bear came out and conducted a very thorough evaluation. He laid out all of our options clearly and showed us pictures and discovered our whole house filter wasn't changed by the previous company for a very long time, even though we have a maintenance plan. They had availability for the very next day. I was informed ahead of time that the cost of service would be $120 and that my timeframe (window for service) would be from 12 to 2 PM. My technician, Gavin, was right on time for the work. He diligently performed all of the necessary maintenance, informed me that my machine (and its related parts) was very clean, and was done with all of the work within an hour. Normally, I would shop summer specials, but because I really wanted it serviced to ensure its health during these brutally hot months, I accepted the rate they charged. I was given the option to sign up for twice a year or more regular service, but I declined for the time being. I can't comment on their repairing services, but for regular maintenance, I would definitely recommend this family owned business!
