Back here again since we are in the Truckee area and needed to charge the vehicle. This time we ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte and or course the Tiramisu latte. The pumpkin spice foam was so smooth and I loved the hint of pumpkin spice. It was the perfect amount. When you take your first sip you get that pumpkin spice flavor with a smooth velvety texture and then the coffee taste. Tiramisu latte, just like last time was velvety smooth with that mini hint of rum, yum. This time we also ordered a Rice Krispie bc my toddler kept asking for it. Taste just like the Kellogga ride krispie but less sweet and it's a bigger piece. My daughter ordered a yogurt. She liked the yogurt itself but I said she should add the granolas in there also. She took a couple Do bits and then was like I'm done. I ate it and actually really liked the granola mixture. Lemon melted cookie - I think that was the name. Perfect hint of lemon flavor and soft texture that melts in your mouth. Next time I'll have to try out their flatbreads but I'm always hesitant bc I don't know how long it's been out on the counter.

Delicious coffee and hot cocoa with a nice variety of pastries, sandwiches, and squares of pizza. Service is fast, ambiance is clean and bright. Perfect for grab and go or sit down, and they have some cute merch as well!

Staff: The team here was very nice. They were friendly, provided detailed on the different options on food, and served the food with a smile. Quality: Food was really good. I had the egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich. My buddy had the chicken rice bowl. Portion size was good for both. Value: A bit high but being one of the very few places around it makes sense. Overall: I liked this establishment. It has plenty of seating inside, outside, a Rivian charging station within 100 yards, and good food. I'd return for sure.

Really nice spot in Truckee. You can't miss it because it's on the main road - I think. They had a huge pastry selection. Everything looked good and super sized. I have never seen croissants this big. The pizzas also looked super good. I had a hot latte - it was good. Service was very friendly. Overall a great spot to come if you're in town visiting.

Coffeebar is an incredibly cool coffee shop on the outskirts of town in Trucked. First impression: the pastries. Everything looked delicious and supersized, from the pastries, to the pizza, and the donuts. Everything looked amazing. Our group of 6 enjoyed a few items. Coffee is roasted in house. I'd give a 5 star review but no latte is worth 8.75$ unless gold flakes are sprinkled on top.

My friends and I stayed at the cabin across the street from this cute little place. We walked over in the morning, got a shirt as a souvenir, and some coffee for our crew. Service was nice, friendly and quick! The coffee here was delicious!! 10/10

I love visiting this coffee shop / bakery when I'm in town. I fell in love with the freshly made almond croissants and unfortunately haven't given any other pasties a try, due to how amazing the almond croissant is! I might add how large their pastries are as well!! I've visited both locations in truckee - this particular location I noticed has slightly different pastries to choose from offering specialty doughnuts whereas the downtown location offers amazing scones (per my mother in law). The drip coffee is way better than any Starbucks drip coffee and I absolutely love their tea lattes. Today I enjoyed a season specialty - lady gray latte which was nothing less than PERFECT

Yummy coffee!! We've gone to Truckee multiple times and can't believe I've never stopped by here! Inside the coffee shop is cute, love their logo, they have lots of parties and coffee was delicious! Employees were also very cheery!

Bright and cheerful place, with a nice variety of options. I had an egg sandwich with Americano, while The Wife had avocado toast (single piece) with cafe au lait. Everything was tasty, but not nearly enough to justify the price, almost $43.

Relaxing atmosphere. We arrived closer to closing time and I was pleasantly surprised they still had plenty of pastries, loaves of bread, and even pizza! This Coffee bar is not like the ones we have in Reno, they are well stocked with picnic basket items if you're looking to avoid the lines at the supermarket and just buy the essentials for a lovely picnic or fueled hiking snacks. They have different gourmet cheeses and meats too. I really liked this place. I ordered my favorite, lavender latte, they were out of their Jazmine almond latte I wanted to try but I went to the Reno location days after my visit here and they had it. It was lovely too. My Lavender latte was perfect. I also ordered a chocolate ghost mini fudge cake and a Snickerdoodle, they were both fresh and delish. Service was nice as expected and I didn't feel rushed by staff even though it was close to closing time. I'll visit soon after my hike and try a huge pizza slice! I'm looking forward to also trying some of their new Halloween themed pastries too.

Best bread and baked goods in Tahoe. GF sourdough is epic. They also make a great cortado. Aka a Gigralter

I finally had some some time while in the area and made sure to visit. I was not prepared for the sheer volume of GF items! It is not the largest bakery, but that doesn't matter when the variety of pastries and sweets are as high caliber as this! I had some questions about items, and the staff was super friendly and answered them for me. I had the hardest time deciding what to get. I had to go with something simple and comforting. I chose the pull apart cinnamon roll. It was everything I dreamed that it would be. Soft, fluffy, cinnamony, and coated with cream cheese frosting. Paired with a vanilla latte, it was the absolute highlight of my week. There are some indoor low tables and high top tables if you would like to sit inside. A couple of tables outside are available as well. I've had a favorite coffee shop in Truckee already, but I think this one will be my new recommendation.

As an avid baker/cook, I was wary of some of the products after reading some reviews on Yelp. After waiting in line for an hour, reviewing the online menu, then ordering a selection of goodies, I am here to tell you that this place is worth it. Granted I had to stand in line for an hour and there is no seating, but people in line were civil and friendly. No meltdowns. Nobody going "postal". If you want coffee, there is an excellent coffee shop a couple doors down. Many people in line were drinking coffee while waiting. Because I returned home right after purchasing my box of baked goods, I was able to re-heat the pastries, which I highly recommend, and enjoy them on the patio. Here's what I had: ham harissa red onion Parmesan croissant - reminded me of chorizo pistachio baklava morning bun - complex flavors of fruit and spice kale potato tomato onion cheddar cheese quiche - best quiche ever raspberry peach almond pie bar (gf and vegan) - very fruity chocolate chunk cookie - lots of chocolate passion fruit Basque cheesecake - creamy with a passion fruit topping Due to elevation, the croissant wasn't like other croissants I've had with their many layers, but I enjoyed the ham harissa nonetheless which reminded me of Mexican chorizo. Because there is a 70¢ charge per large box, the locals brought their own Tupperware to haul their treasures back home and maybe to reduce landfill. In addition to freeze-dried strawberry granola, dog treats are also sold here. Strategy for next time: Show up before 8am opening or closer to closing time 2pm (you risk product shortage) to avoid long wait times. Bring my own Tupperware to avoid extra charges. Apparently, July 4th weekend is the busiest day of the year...just my luck.

It's a muffin masquerading in a scone shape. See my other reviews for my scone sourcing preferences. The Budapest coffee cake was quite good. I'd come back for that. For me the sweet baked goods were too much of a miss. I prefer Cornerstone's approach. I might come back and try the bread.
