The store is clean and has a huge selection of tiles and decor. The significant number of mockup bathrooms and kitchens provided great inspiration. The staff was masked and sanitizer was available. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was attentive without being overbearing. Our assigned designer Twila was great and explained the services and products available. Tiles and decor from inexpensive to high end expensive were available. We look forward to our renovations and recommend this location!

In 2019 I bought all of the tile for our kitchen remodel here. The designer was so helpful and she even followed up after the sale to say thank you. Fast forward to March 2024 and I find myself wandering the aisles with another woman looking to see if any employees are even there. When I reach the back of the store I find two employees who couldn't be bothered to greet me or ask if I or the other customer needed help. Two customers in the middle of a weekday afternoon ended up walking out. This one drove straight to Floor and Decor where I spent $600. It's a shame they've gone from being a five star store to where they are now. Will never go back and can no longer recommend.
