The floors in this place were filthy. The stations had broken and damaged areas all over. It doesn't take more than a few minutes to sweep the floor or repair a broken piece of table. There were several employees just sitting around on their phones. They could easily have swept the floor The worst part was as I was leaving an elderly lady was trying to get service and they treated her so poorly. She kept saying I don't understand you and they wouldn't try to help. The possible owner, who was the only man there and didn't wait on anyone just walked around, just looked at her and walked by. When I asked to speak with a manager, both employees at the desk claimed not to know anything, which only added to the poor customer service experience. Whether there was confusion or not, any extra cost should be clearly disclosed before the service begins--especially when paired with an injury during the appointment. I stopped going here almost 2 years ago, but I received a gift card so thought I would try again. Thank you for the reminder that there are plenty of nail salons in the area that have much better customer service at lower price point.
