Not only is she the quickest waxer in the business, but she's guaranteed to strip you clean; no residual hairs left. The facial products and extraction process Kelly uses is phenomenal. In addition, the peppermint foot treatment during your facial is a must. Kelly is a small based business, not a pretentious spa that passes the overhead cost to the customer. Don't expect 10 foot fountains and a receptionist, do expect a clean, one-on-one environment and great customer care.

The PA I met with was very kind and helpful, and overall my experience in the office was great. That all changed when I got the bill. I had visited for a skin cancer screening, that's what I said when I made the appointment, that's what I did in the office, but when I was billed by them for the lab work, they didn't bill it as preventative care. As a result, my insurance didn't cover the tests (even though it was in-network) and I am having to pay out of pocket. If you are planning to pay out of pocket, I do think they are worth visiting, but if you plan to use insurance, think twice! Update responding to comment: I have already spoken to the billing department. They were the first people I called when I ran into issues. In fact, I was going to write a 5 start review initially, but after speaking to billing and being told, quite rudely, that you "don't offer preventative care" I came here to share my experience with others.

And they don't grow back quickly. My eyebrow pencil and concealer skills can only stretch me but so far so I knew it was time for a clean up. (did I spell that right the second time?) That is what you'll get when you visit Jennifer. She initially asked me how I like my brows. I like them thick just like me... oops getting off topic. Anywho, she executed my request perfectly. Eyebrows are still full and arched to perfection. She took her time to wax and then tweeze all of the misguided hairs. She followed up with filling in my brows with a brow pencil (totally optional). Spent so much time talking about my brows I forgot to mention I got my underarms waxed too. Underarms on fleek as well.
