Upon arrival in store, I was greeted promptly and given a bottle of water by the owner. Afterwards, my stylist, Kiarra, took great care of me and did a wonderful job on the highlights in my hair! The color was matched perfectly to the reference pic I showed her. She was super gentle and detailed throughout all stages. Also, since I'm a perfectionist she helped me with some touch ups and was very thorough in helping catch any places that needed additional fixing. I love that she was super empathetic and understanding about getting every single hair detail just right until I was satisfied (I've definitely noticed other stylists in the past seeming annoyed about fixing up and redoing an area)! They were also able to accommodate me after work same day and gave me some recommendations on products and extensions! Really loved coming here! I tend to burn through stylists looking for someone that has the ability to alter my cut based on density differences and widows peak with very little forehead. I am also very picky - like OCD picky. If the smallest of points is left in my hair I will absolutely know it. This is particularly a problem with people with thick hair. CARLEY is one of their star stylists with long thick hair herself - she knows first hand the problems with cutting thick hair, losing your guide and texturing nightmares.
