On second thought the second time I had the novocaine it hurt like crazy not sure why.

On January 5, 2023. i went to this facility to have my teeth cleaned by Jonah, Dr. Wingler's nurse. She said I was good to go after taking xrays and cleaning my teeth. Then, Dr. Wingler said I had 2 infections, one was covered by my insurance and the other was an implant which was out of pocket. He was quick to have me sign something that would take him off the hook if it didn't work out. I am 81, but I trusted him. Big Mistake! Neither teeth were giving me any problems and both had crowns. The one was covered by insurance. 11-13-23 was my last visit and he was done with me.. I tried to make an appointment after that because my tooth just didn't seem right but with no explanation, he dismissed me. I trusted that he would do the right thing and make sure to make it right but he would not see me. It was within the 12 month deadline but there was nothing I could do but to find another dentist. I had already paid $3,390.00 for the implant. The implant failed and he refused to help in any way. The latest, last month my implant came out with the mold that they took of my teeth so they could make a bridge. It was healed and barely bled. I ended up with an additional $2,917,00 totaling $6,307.00 all together for the out of pocket repair needed. That was after my insurance company paid $2500.00. He must know he did not treat me right but it seems that he has gotten away with it. BUYER BEWARE. ASK QUESTIONS. SEE HOW LONG HE HAS BEEN IN DENTISTRY. I learned the hard way. I am still recovering from a stroke that I had in August 2024. I can type with my left hand and since this seems to be the only thing I can do is warn others about what happened to me. He has a good staff, but I will never get another implant there for sure. Doesn't it seem kind of funny that he has no negative reviews on his web site? Just saying. read more

Trying to deal with the office staff on billing insurance has been a nightmare! Their philosophy is "not my job" and forget about billing secondary coverage when all they want is your payment! I will be finding a dentist that can handle all the aspects of running a business, including proper insurance filing. Ridiculous! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! Went to her for a cleaning and ended up with a bad root canal that i had to go to a specialist to get fixed. Every dentist that saw the xray of the root canal she performed on me was blown away by how bad she screwed it up. Sarah Frye replaced several crowns, my two upper front teeth were crowned, along with other teeth which were crowned. I had nothing but trouble with the two crowns on my two upper front teeth, these caps constantly came off and had to have them recemented. The crowns would not stay on,she began to imply that I was causing them to come off. She began to charge me for recementing these teeth. She made no effort to address the problem or have a plan to find out why these crowns would not adhere properly. She is not what I would call a creditable dentist. The problem was solved when I went to another dentist. The fix was to adhere one of the caps to a metal screw inserted into my prepped tooth and new crowns were made . I had to have a partial plate to attach the other tooth to a tooth beside the other cap so my front teeth were useable. I haven't had anymore problems after the partial plate was installed. The other tooth that a screw was used to attach the tooth to a what was left of the existing tooth. This approach that was used was what had to be done to fix these teeth. I could not recogmend any one to have dental work done by Sarah Frye. read more

I like Dr. Frye. She isn't very talkative but it's ok because neither am I. The staff is friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices. If you need an estimate on dental work, her insurance officer tells you what the insurance will cover and what your part will be so you know what to expect. read more

I was a patient there for around 5+ years. The wait is never long, the staff is friendly(as long as you never say no to anything), the exam rooms all have TV's and back massagers on the chairs. It's a nice looking comfortable place with a very relaxing atmosphere. However, as of 2009 there has been a policy change where they will add items to your regular exam/cleaning without asking or explaining what they are or what they are for (oral cancer screening, extra X-rays) . The billing clerk said the practice has determined the extras to be necessary. Online research and opinions of other dentists contradict this. Some things your insurance may not cover. My insurance statement said I owed the office $60+ out of pocket for one thing I didn't ask for and another thing I had even refused at a previous visit. They switched from suggesting the extras at previous visits to just doing them. Not acceptable. I am no longer a patient there. read more

I left her office with over $4,000.00 in recommendations for work to be done on teeth that didn't even hurt. After the work was completed, I will billed for things that apparently my insurance did not cover, and after receiving notification of this denial, was sent a letter threatening a report to a credit bureau, sent the day after the bill was mailed. Not much time to pay. She is expensive and her business office isn't helpful. read more

My gf had a bad experience at the ofc but I figured I would give it a try. NO I should of listened 2 her. Dr Frye somehow hurt her daughter when she was little. Dr Frye had paperwork u have 2 sign for ur kids giving her the right 2 hold them down or restrain them so she can work on them. When I read that I should of ran but no stupid me stayed. She has given my 2 boys cleanings & told me my older son has an overbite & needed braces or Invisalign. (she can do invisalign) After speaking with my husband who suggested I get a 2nd opinion I made appt w/Orthodontist. Drs Busby & Webb, They looked at his teeth & said severe OVER & UNDER bite. I asked if Invisalign would work & they said yes but only 4 STRAIGHTENING his teeth. It does NOT fix over/underbites. I told them what Dr Frye said & they agreed I could get it but later on my son would have 2 get braces 2 fix the problem. So basically pay twice 2 fix. I decided 2 stay with just braces 2 fix ALL his problems w/Busby & Webb. Went back in Oct '11 with my son 4 a cleaning 2 Dr Frye & she questioned y he had braces & NOT invisalign thru her. I told her what ortho said & she said she never heard of such non sense...WHAT OMG....that is only the start, I had tooth pulled many yrs ago in back of mouth & now Dr Frye wants 2 fill it in with a cap...WHY?? nothing wrong with it...she only sees dollar signs NOT the patients *** DO NOT GO TO DR FRYE *** read more
