I've been coming to this nail salon for about three months now and while they do a solid job with basic manicures and pedicures, I've consistently had issues whenever I request nail designs or anything more detailed. I always try to clearly explain the style I'm looking for, but during busy hours it often feels like my requests are dismissed rather than the technicians helping me find the closest available option. At times, I felt awkward trying to figure out what was possible on my own while the technician simply watched instead of assisting me. At my last visit, the Gel-X application felt especially rushed. There was excess glue left around my nails which looked messy and unprofessional. While the final design was nice, it ultimately was not what I had originally asked for. When I expressed disappointment prior to leaving, the technician later explained there had been a language barrier. However, this was never communicated during the time of service. Instead, I was repeatedly told "no" to the options I asked about. Afterward, I reviewed the salon's website and realized they actually did offer the exact style I wanted. What made me especially uncomfortable, though, was that the technician put their hands in my hair without asking first. That completely crossed a personal boundary and felt very disrespectful. Sad to write this review. I came here to get my wedding nails done, French tip with chrome mani and pearl white pedi. The customer service was friendly and normal, but the pedi was so bad -- each toenail was a different shape and length and even the boss had to tell her to do another coat and fix the polish but I was being polite and cared more about my mani. For my mani, the chrome was chipping off that next morning on most of the nails. I called and she said to come in to fix it, and when I did she rushed and was very short with me. I left with my nails having drips on the tips and underside of my nails, and less than one week later the chrome is chipping again. I paid $130 plus 20% tip and will not be coming back. read more

I had to repeat my color choice three times, and even asked why it looked different when it was first applied. The most ridiculous part? After finishing my five toes, the technician suddenly said, "wrong color," and then proceeded to grind off all the polish and start over--without even apologizing! 4. The staff barely speaks English, making communication nearly impossible. Instead of trying to understand, they just yelled at me in words I couldn't understand. I get my pedicures here for sake of convenience near my apt and cost on same plane as every other shop in the city. $1 per min of extra massage, too DO NOT come here expecting timeliness, but if you aren't in a rush & nearby - I recommend. Making an appt will maybe get you out the door at an expected time, but eh... my recommendation is to not be in a rush It is a small shop with 3 pedicure/massage chairs and 3-4 arm chairs for manicures. If you want a mani and a massage chair, this is not the place for you. They do have TONS of polish options, and they do the dip manicures, as well (I've only gotten pedicures and one mani to hold me over until I could see my regular manicurist for gel--I only trust her with my hands ) read more

I was happy with my gel pedicure. The ladies were nice and while the shop is small there was plenty of space. I was charged $52 for gel pedicure with removal of gel that was already there. This was higher than the prices listed on their website (website says $45 gel pedicure and $4 to remove gel with a service) but I felt the price was reasonable for the location, quality of work, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness of the shop. I paid using Venmo. They have the QR codes for each team member printed and posted to the wall by the register. You scan one QR code to pay for your service and then scan a different QR code to leave your tip directly to the nail tech. I would definitely come back for a gel pedicure. read more
