We have been taking our pup Daisy To BPA for nearly 5 years. She is a big baby who has some high…read moremaintenance tendencies with eating and the size of dogs she feels comfortable around. On day 1 prior to even allowing her to stay, they performed an assessment to determine if she was a good fit for their facilities and I think this process is paramount to their successes; if an animal doesnt feel comfortable and vice versa it wont be a good match. She was shy so they eased her into the playpen with the others and I feel she was treated as a personality rather than a paycheck. She even has issues eating regularly on long overnight boarding sessions and the staff suggested some things I could do to help encourage her to eat in my absence as well they they would sit with her as well to encourage eating if necessary. All of which is far above and beyond and I am so please to have them for a second home to our fur baby. Also they always send her home from boarding with a bath, which is a huge a relief after a long work trip to have one less thing to worry about. BPA staff are amazing, and have allowed me to change plans and pick up times more often than I care to admit and are always respectful, friendly, and accommodating. Albeit it is more pricey than I like to spend, between the service received, fact that she gets to play with other dogs and isnt stuck in a kennel, gets bathed, and they have a military discount; we wouldnt taked her anywhere else.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inadequate customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business to others.

The Pugs were pampered and treated to homemade natural cookies made by Terrie herself. It is clear that she has a love in her heart for fur babies. Even my feisty little girl, Emma took to her. Our pugs are seniors and have a few idiosyncrasies and issues. She is very patient, but best of all she was understanding of our boy Winston's bathroom issues. Terrie took care of our home, it was neat and tidy. She even washed the sheets, which she did not have to do. She also left her homemade treats and a report card. David and Abby watched my three dogs over Christmas in 2021. Not only do we have dogs but fish, frogs, and axolotls. It's kind of like a mini zoo :-). We asked David and Abby to treat our home like it was their own for the week my wife and I were gone. We were happy to find out that they took advantage of this with guests over for dinner. When my wife and I got home we found our home cleaner than we left it! Beds were made, carpet was vacuumed, all trash was taken out, dishes were done. The refrigerator was even wiped out and organized! During the week there was some odd noises coming from a saltwater aquarium. When Abby called me and described the noises I knew exactly what was going on. Through FaceTime video chat I walked her through solving the problem. Abby took it upon herself to make sure all of our pets, not just the ones we were paying her to watch, we're taking care of. I've had other house sitters in the past and could tell through my dogs' behavior that they were ignored. They fell into bad behaviors like getting into the trash, running outside at 3:00 in the morning, and peeing on the carpets. When my wife and I got home after the dogs were watched by David and Abby I could tell that they were cared for. None of the bad behaviors existed after we got home. David and Abby will be my only phone call I will make for watching my dogs when I go on vacation next. If David and Abby are unable to watch my dogs while my family and I are away, I will reschedule my vacation. If you had dog sitters who you paid to take care of your pets while you were gone and you know that they only came by the house for an hour or two to let the dog outside and to make sure there is food but had higher expectations then look no further than David and Abby. David and Abby will treat your pets like family and take care of your home the entire time you were gone.

From the beginning they responded to all of my questions very quickly. The facility was nice with clean beds, towels, bowls, and kennels. I opted to leave their food which they were ok with. They sent pictures daily and gave me updates daily (sometimes more when I asked questions). I thought their price was very reasonable for 3 dogs and was happy to see they offered a military discount. I will definitely recommend and use the facility for boarding again. I added photos of my pups to make you smile
