I had been wanting to try these dumplings and then I saw they were doing some deliveries during quarantine. I placed an order and paid in advance. I wanted to try the original but they didn't have any available at the time. My options were Buffalo Dumpwings and Chicken and Conecuh Sausage. I got a bag of each and even got a couple extra buffalo that I think they just had extra! It came with sauces for both an instructions for easy pan cooking. I made a batch of both to put with dinner and it was easy enough. I've made frozen dumplings before so it was a familiar process. While I enjoyed bothe flavors, they're both very bold. I would only want a few at a time and wouldn't really make a meal of of them. I think I would do that with the traditional so I'll have to try those next time. Sarah brought her amazing dumpling talent to us for a fantastic in-home class! We enjoyed the famous Sarah's Dumps Buffalo dumplings before we sat down to learn how to wrap our own Pork + Beef Mandu. We also enjoyed kimchi, rice, oi muchim, as our own dumplings were expertly cooked for us by her husband Nate. We absolutely had a phenomenal time - including some leftover dumplings for breakfast the next morning. We are already looking at the calendar to have them come back! read more

A semi-new popup dumpling shop! I had been following on social for a month or so before heading over to Indigo Reef to try both the beer and Sarah's Dumplings. There are 3 dumpling varieties to try (5 / $8) and optional Kimchi and Rice to add on. They also sell frozen dumplings to take and make at home (10/$10)! The vegan and traditional were excellent! We just made them tonight, my husband loves the buffalo and the original are so much better than I get most places around here! These ARE the dumplings I was looking for. I have been following Sarah and her Dumps on Instagram for a while, and now that we're well into a COVID inspired pandemic, supporting small business is the best way for us to have a variety of dinner options each week. We ordered a dozen buffalo and a dozen traditional dumplings. They came separately packaged and were dropped off at our doorstep by Mr Dumpling. Preparation was easy (it came with instructions) and the extra sauces made each bite a small piece of perfection in my mouth. I could've eaten the entire delivery myself, but I had to share with my family. I will definitely order from them again, and can't wait to get more of Sarah's Dumps whenever I see her posted up around town. read more

Wow! I came across these amazing dumplings in an article in the Charleston city paper. What a great find! I had a clue that we were in for a treat when there was a three week wait. Ordered the traditional dumplings and they arrived nicely packaged in a freezer appropriate bag, delivered by the charming Sarah herself. The dumplings are excellent. Tender outside, flavorful inside, with great dipping sauces included as well as a sauce recipe. They arrive frozen, so you can cook immediately and store what's left. I will not tell you how many we ate that night... Suffice to say that we need to order more immediately.
