Well, when she comes out, she likes SOMETIMES to get a quick hug...but, usually, she must greet the staff in the front first. Robin is an absolute pleasure to deal with and you can reserve spots for your dog through Facebook, text message, email or phone call. This kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays. The prices are unbelievable compared to what you pay at other Atlanta facilities. While they do not offer cameras to watch your dog, they post pictures of the dogs playing outside each day. We have now dropped our dog off for daycare and boarding.. and we were highly pleased with both. We would recommend this place to any pet owner. He was very patient and sweet with the dogs and you could tell he knew how to handle situation with dogs like ours. One of our pups was uncomfortable with us leaving and I felt so bad for her. Within about 30 mins of us leaving I received a photo of her cuddling up with Laurel on a chair. She was great from then on. Looked like there was lots of play time. They were so content when I returned. We even had issues with our security system which would have rattled me if I was staying in someone else's home, but they handled the situation calmly and responsibly. Stacie found some broken glass in our driveway and had no problem cleaning it up. I highly recommend both Stacie and Laurel and will definitely be calling them again!

Our family has been Atlanta Pet Resort customers for over 16 years and recently almost lost our dog due to a neglected dog bite. Our dog was attacked by another dog during play time and neglected for 4 days before requiring emergency veterinary care and almost dying. Atlanta Pet Resort did not make us aware of the situation then lied and tried to cover up the incident, it was only the ER vet that was told and then relayed the truth. 2 surgeries, 7 incisions, and 3 drains later we're running a veterinary out of our home and hoping she pulls through. This is a pet owner's worst NIGHTMARE... do NOT trust this company with your pets. It's a sad decline at what used to be a great facility.

We took her there even before the new management recently took over, and I've been thrilled with all of the updates they've made. They've recently done some renovations that make it look nice, the place actually smells CLEAN every single time (it used to reek of pee a lot of the time before new management took over), and the staff is super friendly. My dogs tail just wags when she sees some of the staff there. They're also getting a lot better about posting daily Instagram photos, and I love when I see my little girl pop up on the daily photos. They're prices are totally reasonable for both boarding and daycare (day camp is $28 and boarding is $40 a day) - yes, the prices increased recently, however I still feel like the costs are reasonable. They have an online service that makes it super easy to request daycare or boarding and they're really quick to confirm your reservation (before you'd have to call and pray someone picked up the phone to reserve anything) Huge kudos to the new management for what they've done, and to the entire staff for making my baby feel comfortable to be there!
