I honestly can't believe this is the same place I used to enjoy going to. The difference between my last visit and now is drastic, and unfortunately not for the better. What used to be a fun night out has turned into a place with rude security, poor customer service, and an overall atmosphere that feels completely different from what it once was. The staff act like customers are an inconvenience, and the entire experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. The club itself seems to have lost whatever made it special. Instead of leaving excited to come back, I left wondering why I spent my money there in the first place. There are way too many better options in Seattle to waste your time here. I showed up at around 1:00am and then stood in line for about 30 minutes and asked the security guard how much the cover was to get in and he told me it was $20 cash or $25 with a card. Then when we got to the door the cover was $40. We went to the bar and they only serve Modelo or Corona beer. They should have more selection when you are paying that much money to get in the club. So my friend and I got drinks and then they closed the club 10 minutes later. It says on their website that the Club closes at 2:00am but they actually close at 1:40am I spoke with a security guard inside and asked when last call was and he told me 1:30am and so we couldn't get any more drinks at that point and now the lights are turning on and they are closing the club. We had just paid to get in the club. They should never have let us in if they were closing so soon. They should have let us know before paying so much to get in that we only had a few minutes but all they care about at this club is making money and they don't give a shit about the customers experience! I spoke with the manager about getting a refund because the security person told me to speak to him when I asked why the lights were coming on and he told me I could get a refund if I speak to the manager. So I spoke to the manager and he was rude and was not willing to take care of this and said if he gave me a refund then he would have to give refunds to 20 people. So go ahead and make your living on screwing people over and false advertising about the time the club closes. Not okay. I could tell he was not from the states by his accent. Go back to your own country and treat them that way, but don't come to our country and treat us like shit you asshole! read more

I used to really enjoy this club, but lately, it's gone downhill. They've been letting a known d*ru*g dealer into the VIP area because he is friends with the owner, where he openly sells d*ru*gs and causes problem. I always see people in his section openly doing snow as well. It's so uncomfortable trying to book tables now because those people are always causing trouble and behaving inappropriately. They also allow underage people in and even allow people in without identification, which I know for a fact. Security is overly aggressive with some guests but completely ignores what happens at that table. If I could give 0 stars I would. The security here do not know how to do their jobs. They have male security handling women like they're men as if they didn't have women security to handle women. And even after the fact can't acknowledge what they have done wrong (grabbing private areas). Even other security working told them they were wrong. These 2 men specifically were extremely disrespect and continued harassment after knowing they were in the wrong. The white looking man was the "manager" but clearly didn't know how to do his job. I recently had a highly unsettling experience at this night club. . As someone with a visual disability, strobe lights can be extremely harmful to me. When I voiced my concerns, the head of security made inappropriate and discriminatory remarks, suggesting that I shouldn't attend clubs due to my condition. Rather than assisting or understanding, the general manager responded with aggressive and derogatory comments. Additionally, I was shocked and alarmed when the head of security tried to take a photograph of my credit card using his personal device. I strongly believe that this business lacks the proper training and empathy towards customers with disabilities. I caution others, especially those with physical disabilities, to be wary of this establishment. After making some new friends at a salsa social, they invited us to this lounge afterwards. There was a $5 cover and it looked pretty dead inside, but got a little busier as the night went on....This place it really dark inside and has another room towards the back playing latin hip hop, which I briefly entered. I was surprised no one was really dancing in that room! I stayed in the salsa/bachata area and didn't notice that they had water and cups at the bar until it was almost time to leave. Our friends bought us a couple of margaritas, so I had a few sips. It was pretty good, but had no salted rim. I had a lot of fun dancing here and made another friend that night. Also the fact that they have and serve Ajvar is a big win (it's pretty rare to find restaurants that serve it). This review is related to the LOUNGE & party. I haven't eaten dinner here. I hate to give bad reviews, but this place needs some structuring and organization. We came here to party on a Saturday night. We were three couples and we came to have a good time. It was a nice lounge, some seating area and lots of room to dance. They have two ambiances with crossover and Latin music. The music was nice, so we went and had shots. Shots were generous. We went to the Dane floor and man it got hot! It's summer time in Seattle and this place was extremely hot. There was no air flowing, I didn't see air conditioning on the first ambiance. They had on the second but it was further inside, so even hotter! They should control how many people they let in, or get a real Air conditioning! It was horrible! Not only it was hot and stinky, which I know they can't control. But they let extremely drunk people to have a beer while dancing! That's just silly! The floor was a mess, I had a long dress and I had to made a not so it didn't get ruin with the floor there. The worst part was not the heat, or the messy floor, or the broken doors on the women's restroom. It was the rudeness of the staff who seriously threw me off. At some point of the night we had to come out and breath some fresh air, a friend had just purchased a beer -which they gave her hot! And she was drinking it, so we went outside to the front, where they have some tables and chairs. We were just there waiting for her to finish the beer when a rude guy just comes and says we had to wait for her inside. I told him that I would have to get pay to get back to that stinky and hot place again! We left, and my friend didn't finish her drink. Security at this club just gets the vibe. I came in drunk and wanted to dance as close to the DJ as possible while in general admission. When I initially got to my spot(right in between GA and VIP) I got shoved away by security. A moment later I went up to the security guard who shoved me and let him know that I was drunk and I just love to dance, and also to let me know if I am ever in the way or need to move from where I was dancing. The security guard apologized and said he saw that I was just trying to dance and would let me do my thing. For the rest of the night the security guard would kindly tap me on the shoulder or lightly let me know I needed to step to the side to let the VIPs in. This seems like such a trivial gesture but you'd be surprised how security at other clubs act, overreacting and aggressive. Both security guards at this club guarding the VIP were very nice, and communicative, and let me dance as close to the DJ as possible while in GA. When the club closed both told me to have a good night and said they'd hope I come back. I absolutely will. So rare to find security that takes their job seriously, but also sees people are just trying to have fun and dance. Had a great time, hope to be back soon. DJ killed it too! read more

" i hate it here but this is a paycheck" the male guards " pretty chill" i don't know what's in these ladies water bottles but they're not friendly . Very pushy . Be aware though some of the men that are in there are very weird and will try and snatch you up to dance with you or rub on you in the worst way .. The men will watch you from afar and make their way to trap you so be careful ladies . Bathroom disgusting ( women's restroom) the doors don't lock and if you take too long here comes security knocking on the door and trying to open it even if you say you're in there . While it is not uncommon for men at nightclubs to have the gall to touch women inappropriately at clubs, this place refused to take action and actually participated in sexual assaulting my female friends. One bartender groped a friend trying to order a drink, while the bouncers refused to kick out a very drunk individual who inappropriately grabbed a friend. When we asked the bouncer to remove the man who groped my friend, they responded that they had "2 strike policy." Basically, if a man sexually assaults someone once, they are in the clear to continue partying at this club until someone reports them two times. While at this club we watched 2 different fights occur with awful bouncer response. It is a shame because I actually enjoyed the DJ before everything went down. read more

At night, this restaurant turns into a mini club, with two rooms. The front main room is mostly top 40 and a hodge podge of other music genres while the back is more of the Latin / reggae like vibe. Music system: Perfect, not too loud or scratchy Music in general: Not sure who spun at the back room, but thank you for introducing me to new Latin jams that my Sha zam has captured. People: Yay for no ratchet people! Woot woot, crowd was chill, age range more of the late 20s-30s+. Best of all, I appreciate how the guys weren't creepy like at other clubs. A slight downside is, it can be crowded at times, so if you're not into shoulder to shoulder feels, be warned. Club Attire: It ranged from casual to typical clubby attire. So ladies, if you want to dress up and not feel weird, this is a good spot to do so. Cover: Went on a Friday night and there wasn't cover! Win win :) Things to note: Sarajevo is located in Belltown. The venue is divided into 2 rooms so naturally you have 2 dj's with different genres (mostly hiphop and Latin - at least on Saturdays). The crowd is kind of all over the place and weird but I'm a latin music lover and Sarajevo is now one of the only places that plays latin music. Now, the best part about Sarajevo? The food. The cevapi is sooo good (20 lamb sausages). The cauliflower with feta - YUM. It's a good sized menu and really reasonable pricing. Portions are huge. On the weekend you can't sit at the dinner table past 10:45 pm otherwise you will have to purchase bottle service ($250+ - and just FYI they will charge gratuity on top of that). Celebrated my 30th birthday here with some girlfriends, and I really enjoyed it. The food was delicious! We had the cauliflower and the cheese as appetizers and it was amazing! I don't like cauliflower but now I do! For my main meal I had the lamb kabob. It came with a few sides and they were all very tasty. The lamb was seasoned well and tender. The BEST part about our dinner here was that the chef made us a very great hot sauce "mexican" style! It was very spicy and perfect! Made the meal come all together for all of us Mexican girls! Local reviewers here! We were super excited to find this new Seattle lounge and feature on our page. This club was fun and overall a great experience. Getting INTO and enjoying your time is a FIGHT though. I sat for almost two hours watching this club allow certain individuals wearing hats and then not allowing others. This caused me to lose time at our VIP table that we reserved for the night until I had to ask the manager "permission." Eventually allowing me to turn my hat forward and enter the club, he wasn't the nicest about the situation. Once in the area, the service and space was overall taken care of well. Heavily guarded security and regulars cleanup service. I just wish the management and team were all on the same page regarding polices. My group and I all had VIP wrist bands and still the girls in my group were ripped from the VIP bathrooms and told they were for "more boujee people" which was absolutely rude and uncalled for considering the group spent $1k on bottle service. I'll definitely be visiting again under different circumstances and hope this club can get on track with the same rules for EVERYONE. read more

OK, so I don't want to leave bad reviews. I was really not impressed though. I have not eaten here, but I also felt very unsafe my entire time here during a Latin dance night. The staff fostered a very predatory environment to be alone as a woman. I got in early enough to avoid a cover, and the DJ was super cool. However, I was really bummed out when I handed my ID to the bartender for a drink, and the door man ended up cornering me, with my ID the bartender (for some reason) gave him, to give him my number. I was so uncomfortable, and tried to brush it off as a "no thanks," when his response was to let him know if anyone bothered me. Regardless that he might be bothering me. I was waiting for service with the nearly empty bar still, when I was cut off to ask for drinks for other employees there, which turned into a screaming match with the bartender. I was stuck between the two, and when the bartender took my order there was at least 2-3 minutes before he actually let me close my tab, and the only reason he took my card was I had started to put my card away, assuming the super delayed service was a passive way of waiving the drink cost due to his bad behavior (yes, I understand free alcohol is illegal in the state of Washington, but this establishment had done nothing to show me it was more than seedy)... I go to a lot of bars by myself as a single lady, and this is the first bar that felt as if the staff was predatory. The only thing saving this bar from a 1 star review was how much fun I had when my male friend showed up. Please evaluate the training your staff is getting to promote a safe environment. read more

Ten of us went to this place for dinner. It has easy booking but charges $250 dollars to hold the table after 10:00pm. The place has very limited seating, the food for us took very long to come on the table, and the taste was disappointing after the long waiting time. But the drinks are really good and smooth. They play good dance music but the place is very small for dancing purposes, they actually remove tables after dinner time to make space. I really appreciate the friendly staff. read more
