WuzupWuzup!! If you're looking for that night life vibe with great atmosphere, you stopped at the right place. I got to experience this place on 06/04/26 as I was visiting for the first time. This place did not disappoint!! From the blasting music (good playlists), friendly service making you feel like home, and excellent food. I've tried several items such as Satay, Peek Gai Tod, Kao Moo Dang Moo Krob and Pad Thai. All of them were super delish, fresh ingredients and hot to the touch. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for that street food vibe with high energy, I for sure had fun here.

Wow just wow! Who knew there's a slice of Bangkok street food in downtown Seattle Belltown. Such a cool vibe and unique eating experience that transports you to the alleys of some Southeast Asia neighborhood. High energy music makes the place very lively and fun. Friendly and prompt service. Food here is tasty too. We tried: - PLA TOD Deep fried fish with mango salad - MOO YANG Pork Jowl - Crying tiger - GOONG AOB WOONSEN Prawn with glass noodle Look forward to coming back here and try other dish.

Friends and I came in for dinner on Saturday while visiting Seattle. We put our name for table for 5 people. It was a long wait to get seated. Ordered Pad Thai, Papaya salad, Chicken larb, Spring rolls, beef skewers, chicken rice, and a few drinks. Overall, food was good with the exception of papaya salad. We ask for mild but it came out extremely spicy. I could not eat.

Randomly decided on Bangrak Market when choosing a spot for dinner, it was about a half an hour wait and very busy. Ordered the pad thai and khao soi. They also have chili sauce which was very spicy, a little goes a long way. -pad thai: very tasty and flavorful, I enjoyed adding some chili sauce which gave it a nice kick. -knao soi: loved the soup and egg noodles Both were delicious and well balanced, I'd love to come back

A new favorite in Seattle! Vibrant colors, delicious food, speedy service, and fun energy! This was my second time dining here and both times I've been here, I've been blown away with how delicious their food is! We started with a Lilikoi Margarita and Ginger Martini as well as Fresh Garden Rolls, which were quite generous in size (4 large pieces) and very good. Drinks were very good! We enjoyed Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao. Pad Thai is a staple and was good, but if you want something that has a ton of flavor and a nice mix of noodles and veggies, check out their drunken noodle dish Pad Kee Mao. Appreciate you can customize heat level as well. Overall the vibe in this place is awesome! We had hoped to sit outside, but didn't make reservations, so were sat in the back dining area. It was very hot back there - not sure that is an everyday type thing, but next time I go I would wait for a different part of the restaurant than sit there. Service was super quick and attentive!

Really great food here and definitely has a more authentic flavor than most Thai spots around that just serve the generic americanized Thai options. We ordered the whole fried snapper, moo ping, gai yang and mango sticky rice for dessert. All were fantastic and we were surprised that the gai yang was actually a whole chicken! We ordered it to go for our kids so didn't realize it till we got home. They really enjoyed the chicken too and the flavor from roasting over charcoal really made this dish!

Such an incredible Thai restaurant, with their top notch food, accompanied by amazing music and vibes. We came to the restaurant around evening time and got a table inside right away. The tables in the shack area were already full. We could see the chefs cooking and preparing the dishes at full speed in the kitchen. There was a bar with some seats. The interior had hanging buckets, baskets, umbrellas, mangoes. The menu had so many unique and interesting dishes. We ordered the chicken satay, pad kee mao and kao gang paa curry. All dishes were so delicious. The gang paa curry came in a bucket. It was so so good that I felt obligated to finish the whole thing, since I couldn't take left over with me. At the end we ordered the mango sticky rice that was also fantastic. It had milky rice and two huge slices of sweet mango. The service was good overall. All staff members were friendly. The dishes came out within minutes. It was very impressive. By the time we finished dining, the restaurant was almost full. It was one of the most impressive spots in Seattle during my trip.

Amazing Thai street food. Place has loud music so don't go if you're looking for something peaceful. Food was amazing, Crying Tiger was our favorite. Very casual spot.

Man this place deserves 10 stars from me. I love how I RAVE AND EAT at the same time. Both the food and the music were banging! Once you enter, I immediately noticed the kitchen manager checking all food before sending out. It looked like the street food stand they used to have. It gave me a feeling of night market in Asia. Love that vibes. I got Kua Gai (pan fried noodle with eggs, prawns, calamari, chicken). It's easy to over season on those noodles because they soak up all the sauce and tend to make it salty. But wow their flavor is impeccable. The ingredients are fresh, great portion, prawns and calamari were cooked beautifully. Chicken satays were good. Not dry. The peanut sauce elevated the dish to another level. Sweet sticky rice with mango was a good finishing dessert. The coconut made it fresh with the sticky rice. Highly recommend this place. Staff were attentive. They have indoor and outdoor seating (playing different music). Decor is cool.

Literally THE BEST Thai place I have ever eaten in. Food was absolutely amazing. So flavorful!!! The vibe is also amazing, it feels like you are in Thailand hehe Staff takes care of you nicely as well! I will be back for sure next time I am in town!

We came here recently and had such a great experience! The space is super cute and vibrant, with colorful decor and a cozy, laid-back vibe. They also have a nice outdoor seating area which is perfect on a sunny day. We parked on the street. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, and everything was delicious. The fresh rolls were light and refreshing with great texture, and the sauces paired really well. The pad see ew was flavorful and had that perfect wok char. The grilled skewers (especially the chicken satay) were juicy and well-marinated, and the beef was tender with a nice smoky flavor. We also tried the grilled squid, which was cooked nicely and not chewy. Overall, the food felt authentic and well-balanced. Portions were generous and great for sharing. Service was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Would definitely come back again and recommend to friends!

Very busy and casual. I had Garden Rolls with shrimp and a Thai iced tea. The woman behind the bar was very nice and efficient. Everyone working there was beautiful. The food was delicious (the peanut sauce dip was yuuuuummmmmmyyyyy! Highly recommend. Oh, and I ordered a pad Thai with chicken to go, for breakfast tomorrow before I catch a plane home!

Vibey spot but was a bit taken back when they greeted us and immediately listed a whole terms and conditions starting with only one card and a 1.5 hour dining limit. This was at noon for lunch as a party of four when there was no other party seated. Hadn't heard anything about this before and felt targeted for whatever reason. Doubt it's malicious, but I think it sets a terrible impression. Ambiance feels priced in because items are a bit on the pricier side. I felt that my entree fell short of expectations but there is a solid selection that seems promising, may have to try a classic in the future. Yen Ta Four - a popular street food in Thailand with a unique pink tint from fermented red bean curd. Included in the noodle soup are fish balls, squid, fried tofu, and morning glory. While I expected a sour tanginess, I didn't expect the entire dish to be entirely sour and acidic. Was expecting the four "S" flavors of sour, sweet, savory, and spicy. There was a kick of heat from just 2 stars, but I felt like there was too much vinegar perhaps, as the entire dish tasted like pickled vegetables. The lack of sweetness was particularly surprising. Portion was filling though.

Can the mussamun curry be vegan, including the curry paste? I am confused because it was suggested for the first time as a vegan item the other night but I don't remember the waiter ever suggesting that before. Thank you.

Hi, our new brand of Massamun curry paste does not contain shrimp paste. So if you order it with just veggies or tofu, it will be vegan.…

How long wait time tonight at 6:30pm for party of 7? Or walk in?

There will be some wait. Please consider walk in.

What time/days are Happy Hour offered?

    4-6 pm everyday

How long is the wait usually on Fridays dinner time (6 PM) for 4 people?

About 30 mins Or less - we usually seat you first if your full party is waiting outside

Do you only accept reservations for parties of 7 or more? I'm visiting from out of town in 2 weeks and have heard great things about this place. I'd like to make reservations for me and my husband but not sure if you accept them for small parties.

Yes, seven or more only. Smaller parties are welcome to walk in.…

Is there outdoor seating, and is the outdoor seating dog-friendly?

    Yes & yes!

I want to make a reservation on April 1 at 6:45pm for 2 people and one toddler. On your website, there is no option to reserve, but at least 7 people. I want to reserve as I have kid with me. Is there a way I can reserve online?

I've gone on Saturday evenings and you have to log your name on a tablet outside. You can maybe try calling, but have not tried. The wait can be a walk in to one hour in my experience. The positive thing is you can do other things nearby and…

    Do they take reservations?

Yes! You can do so on their website or by calling in.

Hi can we make reservations for today?

What time and how many people?

    Is this restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes, but please let’s us know before you come in so we can save some table for you.

Are there gluten free options available?

Yes, several items are GF or GFO. I had the kao pad kaprao (Thai holy basil) GF, which was excellent.

Do they have happy hour deals? What days/times? Thank you!

Yes, 4-6pm every day! You can find a copy of their menu here: https://www.bangrakmarket.com/digital-menu

    Is this place children friendly?

    Yes.

How do the spiciness levels compare to the average american thai restaurant?

It's pretty the same but more distinct between different spicy levels. It's not very spicy if you go with mild. But if you choose medium or hot, or even extreme hot, it can be very spicy.

    How is parking here?

Street parking only. It's downtown Seattle so it really depends on the time and day.

Which soup menu has no pork in it (blood/oil/meat/etc)? Other than the vegan options of course.

Most of our soups are made to order. You can easily request not to put pork in any of them. Other than the boat Noodle- which contains pork blood and spices as the base of the soup.…

Does boat noodle soup have blood in it?

There is no chunk of blood, but yes the both has a touch of crimson pig's blood, which makes the both appear dark.

Time without number I've found myself here, be that first dates, my birthday, or New Year's Eve, and it always feels like home. If home were a clown/carnival themed acid trip of a pinball arcade bar, that is. And what's not to love about that? The bar tenders here are cool and friendly people who pour drinks with a heavy hand, and understand the mission: get the patrons who want to be drunk, drunk. The first few times I visited, I felt a leeriness about ordering food. But once I got over myself, I kinda fell in love with the menu, and I've probably eaten everything on it (including the clam chowder). Their hot dogs are wonders to behold, utter symphonies for the senses, and I refuse to visit Shorty's without getting one. Best dog in Seattle? Why yes. I think so. To paraphrase one reviewer: "Take your date here. If she doesn't like it, she's lame and you shouldn't waste your time with her anyways." Shorty's is the bomb.

That's not something paying customers want to hear. I ended up ordering a drink for myself while the guys were looking at the menu because they were doing a food hop, and us girls were doing a bar hop. During that time, the bartender came back to our table at least four times within about five minutes. Instead of being attentive, it felt pushy and aggressive, especially since they were still deciding what they wanted. I've been here a few times before, but after this experience, this will definitely be my last visit.

There is a caveat though, which is that they only have select items in the AYCE menu. The ambiance of the place was inviting enough for us to give them a try! There is a 90 minute window for AYCE, and you can order a maximum of 3 items per person every 15 minutes. All orders have to be made from an app on your phone so make sure you have a fully charged device! When we logged in the app, it was confusing to manage at first so we worked with the server to put our orders in. She had to put in our orders for us a couple of times and then we figured out how to work the system after that. To do the math for those reading the review and maximize the number of items you can order with the 90 minute window, you can potentially order up to 18 sets of skewers per person. Each set of skewer has two sticks. My hubby and I missed a few items from our order but we were getting full after my 10th skewer and his 15th skewer so it did not matter too much! The AYCE menu also has options to order zaru soba, corn cheese, and takoyaki! Presentation is great but I wish the flavor matched the visuals. The standout skewers for us were the boruta pork and the wagyu beef tongue. I was really hoping that the yakitori would be crispier and had more of a smokey flavor but I really can't complain too much for the price point. The food is solid but not like a wow, I have to come back here again! We only saw one server for the busiest part of the night, serving 8 tables all at once. Andrew (our server) introduced us to his sidekick, who was in training. Love that personal, hands on approach for a mew team member, and Sidekick did a great job in monitoring our table and replenishing water. Have to stop here and express my appreciation for Andrew and how he took the time to explain the philosophy and genuine team vibe of the restaurant. Oftentimes when a restaurant adds a flat 20% gratuity, you get the feeling this is not passed on to the servers. Not so here. He explained that it's shared among the servers, bar, and other staff, with only a bit retained by management, but even that finds its way into their wages. Terrific work environment and happy to see it. It definitely shows in the level of service. But we're here to eat. Didn't take a picture, but one of my dining companions ordered the burrito with red chili sauce and it was very good. Just the right amount of heat in the sauce. The Cantina celebrates Taco Tuesday, so I took advantage of this. You get the opportunity to try 5 different street tacos for the low price of $15. For another $4 you order it fully loaded which is a steal (guac, pickled onions, lettuce, giardano, crema, and another lovely sauce). Each of the tacos were really delicious and packed full of flavor. I especially enjoyed the cauliflower and the beef. Was surprised how much I liked the popcorn chicken - still juicy and not greasy in the least. Andrew treated us to a round of the hatch green chili. I was delighted because it was a dish I wanted to try. He described it perfectly: a little kick, but you can't stop eating it. He was right. A bowl of this in the winter with their cornbread (which I'm confident will be delicious) will preempt a winter cold. The sauces on the table are not to be ignored either. The green chili sauce was fruity with a little heat, the scorpion chili brings the heat, but their homemade chili oil is phenomenal. I could put this on everything. In short, the Cantina delivers. Excellent food, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and fun staff, and a cool vibe. I'll bet the cocktails will also be good. Definitely adding to the regular rotation!

It was a cold day however. This place is mainly great for happy hour after work, but will come back and try dinner another time. Staff is great though. Really quaint and awesome spot to post up. good food, good service, good drinks, good selection, and still better pricing than most bars with what they have to offer. Will be going back again sooner. cheers
