I arrived around 6:05 and inquired if there was time for acrylic take off and gel manicure. Jo Ann was very attentive and even though they close at 7 she took me in. I started the take off process with a lady who seemed like she hates working there and had horrible customer service. So needless to say I was super relieved that she was sent to work on someone else who arrived for a pedicure.
