Honestly really sad to write this review, have been going here every 2 weeks since 2023. Have even recommend to friends. Went last week to get a hard gel fill in and woke up on Saturday to a fungus growing. I went to the salon to get the nails removed and was told "it's usually $20 but because we think it's our fault you would pay $10" Considering I have been a loyal customer for 2 years, have never had a fungus in my life, and was blatantly told it was their fault, I'm not sure why I would be required to pay anything? No suggestions for healing were provided, was just told to let it grow out. Resulting in additional payments for anti fungal treatment. I want this to be my new nail salon, but they have no concept of time. Today was my 3rd time visiting. Each time I call ahead to request an appointment. Each time I've had to wait at least 1 hour to the serviced. It's incredibly frustrating because I can just walk in to wait 1hour +. THERE IS NO BENEFIT when calling ahead. Veronica the owner is really sweet, but it's distracting when getting her for your appointment as she gets so many questions and has to greet everyone coming in. She often stops and interrupts the appointment. One thing I've noticed they use too much sculpting gel where it stings more than normal. I've gotten gel for over 10 years at other salons and it isn't noticeably painful. I was also concerned about that for long term visits. They do decent work but need a dedicated receptionist who can run the salon better. read more

I've been waiting a few months before writing a review to Xpresiones and every time I've been, I enjoyed my experience. This nail salon is a great addition to my neighborhood and beyond ecstatic to have them. The ladies are super sweet and the prices are great too! When I go, I usually get a pedicure and a gel manicure. Their pedicure is far from basic and it's somewhat parallel to a spa treatment. For under $20, you'll receive a pedicure,feet massage, hot stones, lotion, feet scrub, and they massage your feet with honey! This is a luxurious treatment and absolutely love it. After every pedicure, my feet feel amazing and wouldn't get it from anywhere else but here. Along with my pedicure, I get a gel manicure and will say that they don't have a wide selection of colors to choose from. I guess I can let that pass as the service is always good every time I go. I don't really stick to one person and usually get a new person every time. When I go, Diana usually do my nails and she's awesome. She's also great when it comes to designs too (if that's your thing). They also have an eyebrow room and that's the only service I don't get here as the last time, they made my eyebrows too thin. You should so go especially if you live in town or nearby. This is a great place. I won't repeat what others have said about being very clean amd careful, all of which is true. Going with my daughter for our first pedicure since the pandemic, I had the most callused feet imaginable. It was so bad, that the technician threw out the scapper after she finished my feet. I went for the spa pedicure. Yes they do use real honey. And they did a wonderful job on getting rid of those calluses, along with equipment evidently, and a great pedicure overall. My daughter agreed. Looking at other women getting manicures, they had lots of regulars and nice looking manicures. I used to enjoy coming to this salon but the quality of my nails has declined over my last two visits. I usually get dip powder and a gel pedicure when I go. Honestly the only person that does my nails perfect is Veronica as she is good with shaping and filing them down. A few weeks ago I got my nails done and the following week the polish began to crack and 3 of my nails broke. When I got them done I noticed that the technician only put on two coats but she was already on to the next step by the time I noticed so I just left it alone (also didn't want to mess her up because she wasn't doing a great job to begin with). During that visit, Veronica had to take over and shape them for me due to the technician not understanding that I wanted square edges and not round. Last Thursday I went back to get them done over and they were very nice and accommodating. Due to my natural nails breaking they added on tips for me. I got dip powder again and requested Veronica when I made my appointment. She did a great job and I wasn't paying attention to the number of coats applied to my nails but the following Friday I ended up with two cracked nails that later on broke. At this point I feel like I'm wasting my money. This hasn't happened to me in the past and I'm not sure what changed in their service or products but I'm currently looking for a new salon to frequent. Their pedicures are great and the service is professional as well. They are very nice and accommodating, I'm just dissatisfied with the recent quality of my nails and them not lasting as long as they used to. read more

I first came here on a whim when my usual nail tech who has a private salon went on maternity leave. I took a chance and called and they said they took walk ins for a UV gel fill! Well, they've been saving my life ever since! No nonsense, no deposits, no long waits, and my nails look perfect when I leave. The only thing is the woman who has been doing my nails doesn't speak any English so someone else has to translate for her when I'm asking for something specific, but otherwise, great prices. The people who work there are generally fine they do their work and keep it moving, my issues have been when I call and make an appointment I get there and suddenly they have an issue with my service request, I can't do the gel today or we have to re do the dip power, they can't do this or that, mind you I call in advance. They get a lot of customers but it's still annoying to drive to the location just to be told they don't actually do the service. My boyfriend and I went here for a regular mani that was for me ,and a jelly pedicure for boyfriend,instead of polish we ask for shiny buffer at the end and was not told the girl charged us $10.00 for buffer, $5.00 for each,insane, and same buffer was used for both. After reading the reviews I decided to give this place a chance. I loved my pedicure experience. The place is very clean and owned by Ecuadorians. The ladies are very professional and kind. To help maintain the spa experience they request no talking on the phone while having a service. I must warn and advise those wanting extensions and SNL ( the process where they dip your nails in a power instead of using a brush to apply the crystal) is very damaging. Daniella applied the tips and reduced my nail and the extension until they became seamless. I told her "you are reducing my nail to much". She did not respond, but eased up a little. Also, Poor shaping and filing of the nail - just too wide at the tips. I was disappointed that the gel manicure on my toes peeled off after 6 days while I was out of town at a wedding. I would recommend this place for the pedicure and regular polish only!! Another customer got the same SNL and her nails looked horrible. Too bulky and un-natural. I just went here for the first time and I was excited to try a new salon since I'm new to the area. Although I liked the way my nails turned out, I noticed a lot of unprofessional behavior. First, the woman next to me was asked to pay for her entire service before the nail tech finish painting her nails. And then they charged me an additional $25 on full set gel manicure, even though when I called I was told it would be $75, apparently because I got a French design. I liked the final product but I wouldn't suggest trying this location unless you are comfortable with aggressive/unclear payment methods and prices. read more

I saw this salon on my way home and decided to give it a try. I called when I got home and they said I could come right on over. It was one of my best decisions! Luz and Deanna were wonderful! The salon was clean and beautiful. They checked my temperature at the door, so that made me believe that they are following all the CDC protocols. I also had to sign the CoVid document. I needed to do a pedicure and a gel fill in. I felt like I was at a day spa. They were so professional and friendly.
