I took my car here in January and asked for a brake inspection and oil change. That the front pads should be checked at the next oil change, but would probably hold until even the second oil change after. Cut to now, one oil change later at another auto service center, my front brake pads are GONE and I've run through/destroyed the rotors. (The "40%" brakes were squeaking even when I left the Tire Store Service Center in January, and have sounded the same ever since.) What should have been a $150 service today is now upwards of $600 and has impacted other things in the vehicle that will need repair soon. This mechanic seemingly set me up to come back and need huge repairs later, under the guise of "looking out for me" and banking on me returning to them for the repair and taking more of my money. Scammy and predatory. I would have told you I had a decent experience in January but now I wish I had never stepped foot here. Today's mechanic also showed me how the rear brake pads that TSSC replaced were also done over damaged rotors, and I was never informed of any of this. Phenomenal. What a joke.

However, my TPMS regustered the tires pressure in all 4 tires. Their explanation was that it was it broke of and was rolling inside the tire. They stated they it didn't have to be connected to the valve stem to register the pressure in the tire. They broke it and then offered to replace it for $95. They broke it removing the old tire. I just wish they would have taken accountability and fixed as a reputable business should. After researching this and watching several tire removals, the installer has to be careful to avoid this. I'm never going here again. Please beware. When I asked them about it, they said that they could put it in the tire to allow it to roll around and register the pressure. About a week ago, I called and spoke with a woman who quoted me $140 for front brake replacement, or $65 labor if I brought my own brake pads. I arrived today with the amount I had been quoted and expected my vehicle to at least be inspected before discussing any additional repairs. Instead, before anyone even looked at my car, an employee came to my window and immediately told me it would be $340. I explained that I was concerned because that was much higher than the quote I had received and asked if someone could inspect the vehicle first since I mentioned I might also need rotors. Rather than listening or explaining the difference, he became dismissive, said "Bye, friend," and walked away. I waited another 10 minutes before going inside to ask if someone could simply look at my vehicle. I was told, "I'm busy," while I watched other customers be helped. After waiting even longer, I asked to speak with the manager, who I later learned was the owner. Instead of hearing my concerns, he immediately defended his employee, told me I had already upset him, and refused me service without even asking what had happened. I wasn't upset about paying for necessary repairs--I simply wanted my vehicle inspected first and an explanation for why the quoted price had changed so drastically. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect was extremely disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I won't be returning.
