The price for a 40 gal 12 yr warranty Rheem was really affordable, and the quote they had given me on the phone the previous night had no surprises, no separate labor costs. You charged me $1000 for labor. Deakin said, "It'll take 3 hours." It took ~2 hours, which *includes* the hour it took your guys to drive back to town and get the right part. They brought the wrong because you, Deakin, didn't do your job. That "wrong part" was a $200 Aquastat Controller that didn't need to be replaced. You charger me $970 for this $200 part that wasn't broken. Your installers had to drive back out to town to get the *right* part which was a $20 Aquastat well. After your guys got the right part (again, NOT their fault), it took 10 minutes to change it, 20 minutes of waiting to refill the tank so they could pressure test it. To summarize, I spent $2000 for a $20 part and about an hour and fifteen minutes of the install guys time (that includes the 45 minutes it takes to drive out here and drive back to town - I understand it's a bit far to drive).
