José helped me in both English and Spanish, and he let me know that he speaks several Indian languages as well. I got my dress tailored on the premises and although there was a slight language barrier with the tailor, I am happy with the job; everything fits perfectly. The tailoring was cash only. We hardly go to Devon thinking online prices might be better but I never know what kind of material I'm going to get and sometimes I'm not happy however I found my go to store forever at this place! They have been there for over 30 years so well established and Jose (gujarati Hindi speaking) was the best! Best part, staff was super friendly and Jose worked with our budget. Other stores (cough Sahil cough) can be pretty rude especially when your "Indian plus size" but not this store.
