Sean was very accommodating from the beginning. He quickly answered the phone on the first few rings. I needed a washer and dryer moved out of my condo in Kirkland on short notice. He was able to schedule me in on the next day. Plus he accommodated my work schedule and was waiting for me at my condo when I got home. The dryer was mounted in a closet and needed to be lifted off the wall. They took care of lifting it, allowing me to remove the "pig tail." They were in and out in just a few minutes.
