The post office is always dreadful to think about going to, but having this alternative is a breath of fresh air. Josh, Levi, Kyle, and Alex are the gentlemen that have helped me and my husband various different times, and each time, I walk away with a 10/10 experience. The employee named Thomas was unwilling to accommodate my request of providing a pre paid return shipping envelope. Went on a spiel of how he has been scammed multiple times offering that service. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I packed up my documents and in the process I accidentally grabbed an envelope he was going to provide. Thomas decided to come out in the parking lot while I was in my truck getting ready to leave. He proceeded to yell at me and belittle me and threatened to call the police because I accidentally took the envelope. I gave him back the envelope. Thomas then hit the mirror of my truck. The mirror now has damage to the turn signal. Thomas demonstrated an inability to control his anger and made the conscious decision to cause damage to my truck. I have all of his behavior documented and recorded. Look at the attached still photos of him hitting my mirror. The owners of this business have demonstrated a repeated failure to accept responsibility for their actions. Numerous public complaints across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Yelp describe similar issues involving aggressive conduct by the owners, Thomas and Robin. During my interaction with the business, Thomas made contact with the mirror of my truck, resulting in observable damage. Despite this, the owners declined to acknowledge responsibility or offer an apology. Instead, they disputed the incident and attempted to attribute fault to me. I find the lack of accountability, professionalism, and good-faith effort to address the matter concerning. Given the consistency of comparable complaints from other customers, this appears to reflect a broader pattern in how disputes are handled by this business. This statement is provided for the purpose of documenting my experience and informing others.

Trying to do a return and having the person behind the counter talk down and disrespectfully is not an experience anyone would have. I don't want to put the young man's name on here but I suspect he doesn't have great social skills and needs to work on it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the girl next to him came over and while she was more pleasant I didn't come across well that she apologized and then kept saying how wonderful the other employee was. I told her I'm sure he was but it was the way he spoke to me and treated me that was a problem. At that point a 3rd employee jumped in ( who wasn't involved in any way) and kept trying to relay how great the first guy was. I finally told them both they shouldn't have to tell me how great he was at his job and it wasn't their place to convince me of that. I wouldn't have even posted a review had it not been for the "convincing" they were trying to do. Lots of people seem to give this location bad reviews and I can see why. Customer service is really not that hard and I don't expect anything but to be treated nicely just like I treat others. I went into this store 3 different times to ship a package back to Amazon because Blake gave me inaccurate information. He said I couldn't put a shipping label on a brand name box for an Amazon return because Amazon wouldn't accept it. I went home and spoke to Amazon in a chat, they told me it was fine. I also looked up UPS policies and they say it's fine, too. So I put the UPS label that Amazon gave to me on the item box, brought it back in, and explained to Blake that Amazon said it was fine. He said Amazon doesn't know the "regulations." I said, "Amazon doesn't know their own rules?" He told me to leave. I asked for his last name, he said it was "none of my business." So I snapped a picture. He tried to give a thumb's up; he clearly does not care. A prior review here also names him as having a documented track record of lying to customers about packaging prices. Looking back, I think he thought he was clever and that he could essentially trick me into buying packaging there. Not surprisingly, this franchise is not registered with the Better Business Bureau. Go out of your way to avoid doing business here. They will lie, and make up "regulations" to waste your time and try to take your money. As someone who has extensive experience in managerial positions, I wouldn't keep an employee like that on staff. I'll be letting Amazon know about my experience there, also.

I walked over where packaging supplies are seeing cheaper alternatives when he spoke up and said the cheapest plastic bag was $3 or $4. On the top shelf was one for $1.90 After I pays I mentioned he might want to consider improving his customer service skills by helping customers find all alternatives not just the most expensive ones. He replied by saying " I think I have it, I'll just keep doing it the same way I always have" Which actually substantiates my point, he is clueless about customer service. We headed out to get it and received an e-mail stating the package was being returned to sender. We called this business and the male employee who answered the phone was extremely rude. He stated he sent it back as he had not ordered anything. He would not let us speak. He stated he received just a small pittance for providing this service. We called UPS and they stated that this business, as a UPS access Point should not have sent it back. A complaint has been filed with UPS as they can't re-direct package nor can the vendor. So the merchandise will be sent back to the sender.

They do have post office boxes for rent as well. As I said, I've always had a good experience here. Everyone who's helped me out has always been super helpful. The line always moves quickly in my experience. Never had any issues there. The parking lot isn't ideal because it is shared with both staples, Safeway, as well as all the other businesses in this little strip mall. But again, the service that you get at the postal annex itself I think is great. So definitely worth checking out. They also offer notary services.
