He has good knowledge of little pests. He looked behind my stove and blocked some of the entrances, looked under my fireplace and found tiny little footsteps where they had been. Turns out in the winter they like the warmth under the fireplace. He set about three or four traps; one in my garage, one by the outside of the fireplace and one in the backyard. Jonas would come every couple of weeks to check them and show me how much they'd eaten. It's been a couple of months now and I haven't seen any little pests around. Hopefully they won't return. He is very thorough. At one house I had squirrels in my attic and while the previous owner had another company block most of the entry points they missed some and Ryan solved the problem and installed a one way door so the squirrels could not get back in once they left. The previous owner used poison and that left a few dead carcasses in the attic. As import as being good is, just as import is being honest. Ryan will only recommend and do what is needed. If there is another trade like a roofer that can fix a problem better than him, he will recommend that - this is being honest and recommending to customers what is best for them. I was very impressed when he did his initial walk around of our house because he then walked me around and showed me places that mice could possibly have access into our home and told me how we could fix those. Matt also recommended we stop treatment after the initial 3 treatments, so I felt there was integrity in his recommendation.
