Parking was easy and convenient. They recommend getting there 15 minutes before your start time to fill out the waiver, watch the safety video, and put on the safety gear. You don't want to eat into your scheduled rage time. They also have escape rooms and paint rooms in addition to the rage room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The safety gear included helmet with a visor, gloves, overalls. You can use your phone to take videos and photos, and hook up to the speaker so you can play your own music. The basic package is 20 minutes and you get to break 12 bottles And 6 ceramics. It was plenty of you go slow And break 1 at a time but you can buy extra breakables if need be. And there are tires that you can bang on if you run out of breakables. There are a plethora of weapons to use to destroy the breakables (shovels, bat, crowbar, mallets, pipe wrench, etc). Her customer service was truly amazing. We arrived when there were two birthday parties happening making the place a bit....busy. However, Sam made my small party of 3 feel welcomed & included. She took the time to explain everything clearly and kept the atmosphere fun. Although Sam was amazing, I also have to say that I was able to witness the other employees and how well they took care of the birthdays. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that every guest was having fun and felt included. It's rare to come across a whole team who puts that much effort and enthusiasm into their job, and it made our visit memorable. Thank you for the amazing service and positive attitude. Employees like this are a huge reason people want to come back. Highly recommend this place because of the exceptional staff!

Each group got to spend time learning how to create a recipe, brew beer and name and market the beer. Everyone really enjoyed the event and it was a fantastic team building exercise. We were looking to do something for our summer company event that was fun, out of the ordinary, and allowed the team to learn and interact in ways they normally don't get the chance to do on normal work days. Bear Roots delivered to perfection! Terry and his team hit it out of the park. Rave reviews from everyone in attendance and the food and beer was top notch! She was rude the…read moreentire class, responded rude, abruptly, and got really defensive when I asked for the contact information of the professor that I had liked. When I went to pick up my artwork i heard that professor no longer works there, I really hope she didn't get fired. I took two classes here, the first one in Oceanside with Peg which was amazing, the second one in Downtown SD which I am not going back to.
