She is awesome and gentle and listens to your needs but would also recommend whats trendy and cute and even natural looking, which I'm always into. Well I won't be going back here!!!! The pedicure lasted not even 20 minutes I will say the polish looked good but the guy I had was terrible I think his name was Jason. I got a gel manicure also and the French is ok but I got a design on my ring fingers for a captain America themes party and he wouldn't do anything I asked...what's worse is that if you look at it, it looks terrible! He also cut my finger with the file and didn't even apologize for it or try to stop the bleeding. Here are pictures of it! Legit said "No your nail turn.. make nail go like that" and then told me to check my other two fingers that were crooked and said "see your other nail go like that too." my nail has never gone "like that" before at any other salon but okay... Short story... three of my nails were crooked and they started popping off within a week. They know they have a poor reputation too because when I asked her about my crooked nails and she told me that my fingers were crooked she said... This past week i went back to sassy nails and my daughter met me there - she was late meeting me so i finished b4 her. We both got a mani-pedi. I needed a full set of acrylic nails with a gel nail polish, that was it. But I ended up with shellac which is more expensive and I did not want that.My dtr only needed a fill -in. Before I left I told them I wanted to pay for me and my daughter both but these people can't speak a lick of English except for maybe a little from Cindy. The person who did my pedicure didn't understand a word I was saying to her at all when it comes to some of the things about those people they're pretty damn rude I'll never go back there and my daughter's nails looked awful! My usual store closed down so I tried this one and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was large and helpful so even though there was a large crowd there wasn't any waiting time. I've been getting my nails done since high school (20 years) and this is the first time I got the gel. It was only $5 more than basic acrylic and if you break one they replace it free unlike the acrylic. I've had them on since Monday and they seem pretty perfect. Won't be back!! I've been here multiple times at $20 for Gel nails. Today after the nail tech did my cuticles, and my gel, charged me $30 this time. When I asked the nail tech why it was 30 instead of 20 like every other time he replied and said that I had a manicure with gel and it was $30. I never asked for a manicure and previous to this experience they always asked me and I said no. THIEVES!!! This place will charge you for services you do not ask for. Go elsewhere or be damn sure they do not preform extras without you asking for them first. I can't express my disappointment enough. Sassy Nails used to be my favorite go to for pedicures and gel nails. A recent visit started on the wrong foot (no pun intended) and ended on the worst note. I called ahead to confirm there would be availability to complete 4 pedicures. The manager Cindy answered and said yes in 15 minutes. We arrived and were immediately seated. There were two customers at the pedicure chair section and four seated at the nail section. There were four workers and none free to start our services. We sat on the bench for 40-50 minutes before being acknowledged. After that I directly asked to have water for our feet to soak while we waited. They said they would only fill two foot baths because they didnt want two of us to soak too long. As my mother in law and father in law were soaking, my husband and I waited without water for another 35 minutes. At this point I asked please may we have water now while we wait. Again I was told No. It would be bad for my feet. Mind you they were still soaking waiting on their service.. at about the 45 minute mark of soaking (1.5 hours in store) they began working on their pedicure service. I asked for a third time please can we have water in our foot tubs to soak. The two associates didnt respond, only got up to turn on the water. Finally. My in laws pedicures took approximately 15 minutes (deluxe service with hot towels) minus soak time. Her polish job was not good, paint on toes and no top coat. Her husband enjoyed his service. They were able to start working on my husband and myself only to have even less care given. This is the kicker... while seated my husband asks where the remote to massage chair is. The associate said it was stuck under the bench seat and asked us to stand up. She attempted to pull it out and once it was free I sat on the bench and it made a loud sound when it connected with the base. The manager Cindy walked over and SCOLDED ME for sitting on the bench. She looks at me and points at me saying Dont do that again. If you need something you get me. Do not touch anything. We were all in shock. At the end of the pedicure experience I noted my toes didnt get a top coat either. Another jaw dropping moment occurred, my mother in law was waiting near the door for me as I was the last seated when Cindy tells her "Ma'am sit down". In the end we paid $120 for four negative experiences with customer service and quality of pedicures. The attitude of two staff members were unacceptable to say the least. Ps. While we were there another customer was BERATED by a male employee for bumping the nail dryer because he would have to redo a nail. The only positive note is that I liked the coral nail polish color. #neveragain read more

The only thing they did right was do a good job on my 81 year grandmother's Mani pedi as well as mine but their customer service needs serious work. Came in with friends for a pedicure. Had some guy with glasses do my feet. He no more than just did a polish change. My water was cold and he didn't get hardly any dead skin off of my feet and they definitely weren't smooth! Honestly think my feet were rougher after he did them than what they were coming in! My friends had Kevin do theirs. Kevin was AMAZING!! He took his time on my friends and really massaged their feet and legs. I told the manager that my feet where still rough when my toe nails were drying and she said, "Oh, I'm sorry!" And walked away. So when it was time to pay, I told them that I wasn't paying for mine but I would pay for a polish change because that's all that he basically did. The guy with the glasses was quick to threaten to call the cops on me for not paying but Kevin quickly jumped the gun and offered to fix it and make me a happy customer. Kevin got tons of dead skin off of my feet, they feel great! He massaged my feet and legs so well that I could barely stand up. If you come to Sassy nails, request Kevin!! He is worth the wait.
