Took such good care of me and I was sad she was not there when i came back for the second visit. My second visit I had Emma and Rica! Emma did my pedicure and manicure, && Rica did my eyebrows! So glad she told me that they are going to start doing facials soon!! The staff is always so friendly and the salon is always spotless and smells good! I always am greeted and welcomed when i walk into the door. He takes his time when shaping my nails. He's done coffin, almond, and recently Stelio nails on me. He always gets the shape just right and always makes sure I'm satisfied. He also goes out of his way to fit you in his busy schedule even if he has to stay after hours to finish a full set. I'm constantly seeing all these new trends with nails on fb, Instagram and Pinterest and always bring a picture with me to show him. He trys his best to recreate it and does a phenomenal job sometimes better than the picture! I've been going to Lovely nails for two years now and hadn't thought to leave a review!! I asked where Tammy was and Mia just said she wasn't there. Mia seemed to be in a terrible mood but agreed to do my pedicure. Shortly into the procedure she started taking her bad mood out on me! I have nice toes. No fungus or thick nails, and no ingrown nails. But Mia started digging out the sides of my toes. I asked her not to do that because it hurt. She continued and I left with bleeding toes. It took 5 weeks for the big toe on my right foot to heal completely. It took a week for my toe to quit bleeding completely. I am on blood thinners. I'm so angry I could spit. I have always been a good client who tipped around 30% on a regular basis, for years. But I will never step foot in there again. Oh, and I later found out that Tammy wasn't there because she had quit. No one shared that news. If you use Mia, you better hope she's not in a bad mood or mad at Romeo. Ugh.

Ive came on Saturdays and was rushed and services were not given like the leg rub by the man doing my feet. Then I was dismissed like I was wrong when I mentioned it. I just thought I was losing my mind so I came back. My last 2 visits will be my last 2 visits. Tuesday I was cut and was bleeding. What makes it so bad is she seen it...and said nothing like it never happened...or maybe because it happens too much? I complained when I was rung up..she told me it was my fault and that my toes were small. Like WTF?? You cut my cuticle...MY SKIN. I assume the man by the desk was the manager or owner..he just said. Oh..Im so sorry. That's it. The visit 30 days prior.. I also got cut or nicked on my other foots toe. This one was painfull and red for a few days. It was my first cut from all my visits so I just took as " it happens". But after the lack of care and accountability from this last visit and the older lady who did my toes acting like she didn't want to be there in the first place makes me not want to return. Its unfortunate. To have at least 3 different people mess up your pedicure and 2 of them to cut the person..at that point there needs to be a refresher course taken. Customer service needs to be better and when you cut someone then you should find a way to compensate and resolve the issues for your customers. Also..the visit before this they automatically gave me gel on my toes which I never get and snuck in an charged me an extra $15.
