Jennie did my wedding nails, and I truly couldn't be happier. I've been getting my nails done for over 15 years, and she is honestly one of the best nail artists I've ever been to. I told her these were my wedding nails, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. She paid attention to every little detail, took her time, and made me feel so cared for. The wonderful lady who did my pedicure was just as amazing. She was so kind, thorough, and never rushed. Everyone in the salon was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had read a few reviews mentioning that the salon is always busy, and after my visit, I completely understand why. They are busy because they're genuinely great at what they do. Even with a full salon, I never felt like anyone was rushing through my appointment. Everyone took their time and made sure their work was the best it could be. To make the experience even more special, Jenny gave me the sweetest little wedding gift, which was such a thoughtful surprise and meant so much to me. I'm so thankful I found this salon just before my wedding. I'll have these wedding photos forever, and every time I look at my nails, I'll remember how beautiful they made me feel. I genuinely hope my experience prompts the staff to revisit and improve their training on basic sanitation practices, customer service, and quality standards. Review from 10/19/2025: Avoid this place at all costs. I had an absolutely awful experience this weekend and want to make sure no one else goes through the same thing. I came in on a Saturday morning asking for short Gel-X nails and received the complete opposite. Each time I tried to speak up, the nail tech at station #4 gave me attitude. I eventually gave up and let her finish just to get out of there, but arranged to come back the next morning to have them fixed. The front desk staff were kind and apologetic, which I appreciated. When I returned the next day, I was shocked to be seated with the same tech (again, AVOID station #4) who had done the bad set. From the start, she was visibly annoyed. She clipped my nails roughly, then began filing them so aggressively that she severely cut into the inner part of my nail hard enough that it started bleeding heavily. Whether intentional or not, her carelessness and attitude made the situation feel unsafe. To make matters worse, I highly doubt the bloody buffing block that caused my cut was discarded afterwards. I've never seen any of the techs here use freshly sanitized tools between clients, which is extremely concerning. The front desk apologized again and offered a bandage, but I left immediately to properly clean the wound. I've since filed a formal complaint with the Board of Cosmetology and am exploring other ways to report the incident. Please, do yourself a favor -- stay away from this salon. It's not worth risking your health or dealing with this kind of treatment.

To be quite honest, I don't really have another place that I got recommended better so I always continued going there because they were fast quick and easy and to be fair. I always got solid colored nails nothing special. Today I went to get a simple French on the toes and nails, and they don't even know how to do a straight French clean. I got a simple fill and they charged me $70?! For changing the shape?! I went from square to almond which cuts off my nail and I got charged extra. On top of that they don't let you know and you get to find out at the end! This place is so careless, just cares about their money and rushing EVEN through their regulars who keep their damn salon open. Fair to say I'm done with this place for GOOD.

Kind, precise, and very thorough, I'm so happy with my nails :) They made sure to get every corner and all the sides. They even gave me an extra treatment for my nails to take home. Totally appreciated! Usually I don't find myself very talkative, but the staff are very kind, and I found myself talking anyways! The salon is very clean and the overall vibe is quite nice.
