Stacy knew right away that I was going to need some extra hand-holding and she guided me expertly through the entire process. Stacy created the perfect Covid-safe menu that included individually plated appetizers, a served salad course and a served luncheon buffet. I've attached a few pictures but they don't do it justice - everything looked amazing and tasted delicious! And everyone felt very safe with the individual servings. My guests just raved about the the food, presentation and expert service!
