The installer made numerous holes in my walls throughout my house, promising that the connections would be fully concealed and barely visible. Instead, he attempted to install everything using large 1-inch gray conduit running along the face of my drywall, all the way down my hallway. These conduits didn't sit flush against the wall and were clearly visible in every area of my home--exactly what I said I did not want. When I expressed how unacceptable this looked, he decided to remove everything but left all the damage behind--holes in the walls, exposed areas, and a mess throughout the house. To make matters worse, there was a week-long delay between when he first made all the holes and when he came back to finish the job, only to leave it unfinished. I was very clear from the beginning that I didn't want anything that looked tacky and would rather not install it at all if it couldn't be properly concealed. My AC (Less than 10 years old) was having a hard time cooling so I called Innovative Air. They said that a pipe had a leak and the refrigerant was gone. So they charged me over $1,000 to fix the leak and refill the refrigerant. After, they left I noticed it was not cooling very well again. After a few days Ralph came back out and noticed they did not fix the leak all the way and the refrigerant leaked out again. So he said he fixed it and supposedly refilled the refrigerant. But it still was not cooling! After a week of me trying to get Ralph to come back out he finally found time in his schedule to come back. He said the refrigerant was low again and supposedly he put more in. It has been almost a month since they originally came out and the system is STILL NOT COOLING! My unit has been running almost 20 HOURS A DAY because he didn't know how to fix it!!! We are dying in the heat so we received a second opinion. The new company said it is an obvious problem of not having enough refrigerant. So I called Ralph. He was EXTREMELY rude and told me he would not warranty the work, the other company didn't know what they were talking about and that I would need to pay the other company for the refrigerant that he should have put it. Ralph has been out 3 times and still hasn't fixed my system. At one point he even told me that he couldn't find the issue and suggested that I just buy a whole new AC unit!! ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY MONEY. The photos are a few days of my nest AC history and the pipe that was leaking after he "fixed" it. **Update from Ralph's reply** You are right I am not out $1,000 it was actually $1,200. You said that I lied about something, can you please explain that? It is pretty simple...you charged me $1,200 to fix the AC. After 3 visits, it is still not working! Seems like your integrity should be the one in question here. You claimed the person I got a second opinion from is wrong...so I sent the readings over to another AC company and asked if anything jumped out at them...the tech said, "those readings would indicate a low refrigerant charge" So now my 2nd and 3rd opinions are saying you didn't fill it right...do you want me to get more opinions?
