She's kind, and sensitive to the discomfort, offering a stress ball for you to squeeze (helped me a lot!) and some deep pressure to the lasered spot to help with the pain. She would even tell me when she felt like I didn't need to do an area (when I was scheduled for 2 areas to laser) and would advise me to wait longer between treatments so I didn't have to "waste" a session. The place is very clean and the front desk is also very friendly making it easy to schedule. They also offer snacks and tea when you come in. I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I called to ask a simple question about whether first-time customers receive any discount. Instead of answering my question, the staff repeatedly tried to sell me a six-session package. I asked the same question multiple times, but they kept avoiding it and continued pushing the package. I had already booked an appointment for the next day. However, they canceled my appointment today, claiming there was a "communication issue." When I called to understand why, they refused to discuss it and simply hung up on me. I found the customer service to be unprofessional and disrespectful. If a business chooses to cancel a confirmed appointment, the least they can do is explain the reason politely instead of refusing to communicate. If you need those hairs removed, this can still be your go-to spot! Now there are special procedures to ensure the safety of the customers. I made appointment through the phone prior to showing up. When I went in, someone took my temperature. I was prompted to then use hand sanitizer and was provided gloves. They would have offered mask as well if I didn't have, but I brought my own mask.
