Traveling from the west coast typed into google fast food places closest to us and this place came up. Just a little hike in the wall place at least at this location. Similar to wing stop but different flavors. Loved the decor and very clean. CJ was great at his job! He recommended tasting sauces first and that was great! I wound up getting the moonshine BBQ. Moonshine bbq sauce outshined the regular bbq sauce. Wings were good size not tiny. My friends said they didn't realize the sauce was on the chicken instead of the side. I laughed and said," it's in the name. Sauce and TOSS!" Lol but we learned you can get naked wings and sauce on the side! We tried the sweet rolls. Not very sweet and no density. But the butter was poured on heavily. I was not a fan of that. The fries are like wing stop and not my favorite style. We wasted a lot of them. But if you like wing stop fries you will love these fries and you get a LOT. The small order was more than enough. I love Mexican street corn. This place had some I loved the flavor however the melted butter sauce was overpowering. I would order again but ask for way less butter. You can see it in my pics. My son ordered the cheese sticks and he said they were excellent. I can't remember what sauce he had but he loved it. I think it was teriyaki. Great customer service. I would order wings and corn again. I'd pass on sweet rolls and fries because they were not my style not because they were bad. This is a great place if you are in town for navy bootcamp graduation. Waiting times are horrible. wings not even worth the wait. I was there around 2 years ago, made me wait for almost 1 hour and a half and i swore to never go again. Today I was like "you know what, let me try again cause maybe it was a one time thing TWO YEARS AGO". My online order today says it'll be done at 11:40am they called me and said it'll be done at 12:30pm, so I'm like oh my god not again, but okay maybe they're going though it like short staff or something (if that was the case, GET THOSE MANAGERS TO WORK) how do you guys expect to have a good business reputation?? The fries are amazing! The wings have great flavor. I'm not a huge fan one bone in, but it's good. There was a combo deal going on which was nice the employees were knowledgeable of the menu and helped recommend great sauce combos. Will be back! read more

I will inform you that the food was really good. My only part I didn't like was the sauce with the Calamari. I wasn't a fan of the hot mess or flavor. I will see if they offer a different sauce for next time. Mix and match were boneless and traditional wings, as a person who wasn't sure of either this was a good way to taste both. My honest opinion is that both were good. I'm a traditional wing girl all the way, but the Boneless had good flavor and meat, not just all breading. Location in Fox Lake is right across from the train. Hours of operation are good as well. I do recommend trying them out. Everything we ordered was really good. read more

We had a fantastic experience here. The restaurant is located in a strip mall, and I'll be honest I had my hesitation about what to expect. But what an exceptional surprise! The food- absolutely delicious. The staff- could not possibly be friendlier. The restaurant was clean And food was delicious. We got the hottest wings they had. It's my experience that the hottest a place has to offer is usually lacking in flavor in order to pack in the heat. But these wings were absolutely delicious. Hot as heck, but as hot as they were, even more flavorful!!! I was a little concerned because we have three kids that tend to be loud and rambunctious, but the restaurant had some loud throwback rap music playing which worked out great. The gentleman that dealt with us primarily, was gracious enough he even brought my kids a giant cookie to have for dessert. Such nice people. My son placed a few wing orders at this store, telling me how good it was. Not knowing a wing shop had opened in town, the news took me by surprise. I immediately asked him to order again for me to taste their products. When I opened the packaging, it was evident this place took pride in cooking and presenting the food they sell. Best wings in the area!! Our food was perfect and fresh- also the prices were right. The kids were treated very well by the friendly staff and it made our night. Our server was energetic, knew the menu and offered us to sample all the sauces we wanted. The sauces for the wings were delicious. We loved the garlic Parmesan fries, the calamari and the mozzarella sticks. We were offered several times to try different sauces and asked if we needed anything. I just moved into this area and was looking for a good place to get some late dinner, I saw this place and decided to give it a shot. Pleasantly impressed with the appetizers and the wings. The manager, Ram, was very friendly and super excited to share the menu with us. He gave us tastings of the sauces(which are all made in store) and was very patient with our group ordering. The inside gave off nice vibes, there was some WWE on one tv and soccer on the other with todays hits playing on the radio. Overall it was great, the mild wings are my new favorite, perfect amount of spice to get you a lil warm but such a lovely flavor. I mean I thought it would be basic math to split it 5 and 5 but I have to remember young people is practically running the business... Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because as other reviewers stated the lack of sauce. Other than that I'd definitely go back. The place is nice and clean, food was fresh and hot. Very happy that Zion has a little wing spot. Next time I order I will ask for extra sauce as the sauce makes the wing. Give them a try if you haven't. read more

This new restaurant was a pleasant change from what's in the area. Very clean and tastefully done and the food did not disappoint. The Lady taking the orders showed how customer service is suppose to be. Pleasant , spoke as soon as you entered the door and made eye contact the whole way and smiled!! Something you don't get and need in these trying times. I had the boneless chicken wings with the Nashville rub and the Korean Asian sauce. Great customer service!! It was my first time here, the owner answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed at all. Their fries are very similar to wing stop BUT, BETTER. Sweet corn?? A MUST. I walked in, looked around and noticed there were no menus out, so I asked the young lady behind the register if they had any, to which she replied "Just a minute." While trying to wait patiently for her to serve two people in front of me, I noticed a stack of menus just on the other side of the small counter, so I reached over and grabbed one. When it came time for me to be served, the young lady was VERY rude, brief, and not very helpful when I had questions about the menu. Despite placing a sizable order, as soon as she swiped my card, she looked at me and said "Next time you come in here, don't reach over the counter. You need to wait until one of us gets it for you." So 3 things, 1) why not have the menus out where customer's can access them? 2) who in the service industry trains their staff to speak to customers that way, and 3) she absolutely knew she was wrong, which is why she waited until I paid before changing her rudeness from subtle to overt. Other than that, the fries were dry and hard (either overcooked or sat out too long) and the wings were overcooked and tough (the lemon pepper sauce was excellent, though). Overall awful experience. Beats the competition by a mile. My wife and I go here often. I like that the menu is on a qc code throughout the restaurant so you can make your decision while waiting in line. The bone-in wings are always cooked to perfection and never undercooked. They're also not genetically modified. The fries are also always hot and seasoned well. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 is because there was just a tad bit too much sauce on the wings, but I see that other customers complained of not having enough sauce...so maybe they over compensated.
