    Chicken Pesto with Mushrooms

I visit this location a few times a month, usually ordering online and picking up a kids' Mac & Cheese meal for my daughter. Today, I noticed I had reward points expiring and enough for a free entrée, so I placed our order through the app as usual without any issues. When I arrived, there were dirty dishes left on the patio tables, which had attracted birds. Inside the restaurant, no employees were visible at first aside from the cook, who greeted me from behind the counter when I mentioned I was there for a to-go pickup. After waiting a few minutes, another employee approached to assist me, and shortly after, a third employee came out of the restroom and handed me my order. I noticed that a side of cheese sauce was missing and mentioned it. I was told that because I had included it in the order notes, it did not guarantee it would be provided and that I would need to be charged separately for it. This was surprising, as I place this same order--including the side of cheese sauce--regularly and have never been told this before. As I left, I again pointed out the dirty dishes tables, as birds were still actively picking at the leftover food. At the time, there was only one other party dining in, and it was disappointing to see the tables left unattended.

Spicy Chicken Sausage & Cheese Sauce Hatch Chili Mac n Cheese

Sauce is one of my son's favorite spots and we've grown to like it too. The people at the register are always friendly. Our go-to pizza is the Mozzarella, Fontina and Basil - simple but delicious. My husband had the Spicy Chicken Sausage and Hatch Green Chili Mac n Cheese and liked that too. The two suggestions I have for Sauce to work on are: 1) They always bring my family's entrees out at different times. Sometimes the last person is waiting up to ten minutes for theirs. It makes for awkward dining. 2) This location is small and crowded, and we're happy that they are popular. But there are always several tables that haven't been cleared off and cleaned. They need to do a better job of turning over tables. Other than that, we've had a good experience dining here.

It's been a while since I've stepped foot into this Sauce location. I was craving pasta, and wanted something on the cheap. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sausage w/ hatch chilè and it did not disappoint! Perfect portions, saucy & flavorful..it definitely hit the spot! We also had the cheese pizza & pasta/marinara sauce. The cheese pizza excellent..perfectly flaky thin crust & also good size for being a small. They have about 5 different pastas to choose from, along with a good variety of pizza options, salads and more. They also serve wine to pair with your meals & have a great summer meal & wine deal going on right now. Service was good & restaurant was clean. Perfect spot if you're looking for something quick, casual & cheap!

Sauce is one of my favorites! I think they have great customer service, all their employees are always so well put together and friendly! I order a salad that isn't on the menu anymore... And I know who the new employees are that take my order when I go in, because they always look at me with a blank stare for a moment! But they always find someone to help them learn how to enter it! I love that they give local brewing companies a chance here, they have the IPA Jungle Jack tropical hazy they are from Chandler! If you like tropical flavor this is a beer you should try! The food is delicious, we love the Salads, Lasagna, Pizza,Mac and cheese, and their bruschetta!!! The passion fruit black tea is my go to tea at Sauce!

Usually you take a table number after you order and sit down but since it was so busy, they made sure there was seating available before ordering since the food comes out so quickly. Always really friendly staff. Some of the seating is a little close, especially in the middle of the restaurant where the smaller 2 person tables are but there are plenty of other seats, as well as outdoor seating.

Food was good, although it seemed like they gave me the smallest piece and the only reason I didn't take a picture was because they gave a decent amount of mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese, and it was cooked medium like I asked. I went to dessert - ate a bite and thought the muffin was tasty so took another bite and felt a crunch and pulled out a small piece of stringy plastic. I looked at the muffin and there was a piece sticking out so I pulled it out and was deterred in eating the muffin. Today is my birthday so it's obnoxious I wasted it here. I noticed the price on the entree meal went up from like 15 to 18, so that's dumb too - not worth it. Why do I come back? Because by now I'd hope y'all would get your shit together but y'all consistently mess up.

So for other kids it's might be just right for them, too, however if your kids have tastebuds, the sweet treats and meatballs do the trick (very garlicky meatballs for me) It was lovely and fun to visit the market afterwards too.

At Joe's Farm Grill, the quality of ingredients does show in every single dish you get. Another thing to mention is, when you're done ordering your food at the register, they are pretty fast regardless of how packed the place is which pleasantly surprised me! For the onion rings, I liked them for a few reasons. Starting off, the onions weren't soggy by any means which I love in a good ring, batter wasn't the majority of the ring which is also a great sign, and lastly the crunch was very nice with them coming out fresh. The Fontina burger has a great beef patty that carries its flavor by how clean it tastes alongside the mushrooms that are the other biggest taste factor for this burger. Finally, the baby back ribs were the star for me personally because you can actually taste the pork for its quality. I usually expect a super sweet sauce that bogs me down after with ribs, but these ones left me feeling able to still go on about my day which I love. They aren't shake off the bone tender but I liked the gentle chew they provide. My son had ordered food from here as takeout last year. The food taste was interesting, though, I really like the cheese dip for the pretzel bites. The bites were pretty big. Lots of tables at this location, a bit warm. But our party of 14 was easily accommodated. Our daughter chose this place and it was quite loud. My husband and I are quiet people, so if we were to choose again, probably not here because of the loudness and all the TVs all over the place. But for those who like it loud, TVs and do not mind the prices on the menu, have at it. I don't remember our server's name. If she told us, I couldn't hear what she said. She was alright. Honestly, I had a hard time hearing even my son who sat next to me, and hearing my sister who sat one seat over in front of me, I couldn't hear what she was saying. Loudness is an issue for me and I do not have hearing issues. Our bill with tip came to over $700+. That was the most expensive lunch we've ever spent for our party of 14. Typically we're in the $400-500 range. But it was a special occasion. My husband and son got the 36 hr ribs. My husband really loved them. My son said it was okay. I didn't ask my brother and BIL who also got the same dish. I know my BIL was unhappy that he didn't get the side he requested and when they gave it to him (asparagus, I think), it was cold and he wasn't pleased about this. I got the hub burger and it was okay. There was a lot on the burger, but the patty itself, didn't have that much flavor. Some of the "Starters" or appetizers things were salted too much, but the burger did not taste like it had any salt. I had eaten too many starters so when my food came, I wasn't very hungry and took most of it home and ate for dinner another night. My husband and son do not like coleslaw and I ate theirs. THIS I really liked and tasted much better than KFC. I loved the sweetness and that the cabbage was shredded bigger than KFC. The pretzel bites were good. We got wings, and they were so-so. The roasted brussel sprouts were too salty. The deviled eggs were okay, but pricey for 2.5 eggs, which I do pay at Trader Joe's for organic free range pasturized eggs I could've gotten over 2 dozens. But, yes, I pay for the service and ambiance. I really thought there would be more than 5 halves for the deviled eggs. We got the nachos and they were okay. The melted cheese sauce was the best part. My mom got the fish and chips and she seemed to pick at it. She didn't want to take home, so it must not have been that good because she almost always takes a doggy bag home. My sister had the salmon and it was in a huge bowl and didn't look to be that much food. It was pricey. One of my SILs got something I didn't recognize and she said it was okay. No one I could tell was over the moon with the taste of the food and I heard the word "interesting" quite a bit. It's not that it tasted bad, but it didn't really taste good good. You know what I mean? I did bring a special order cake I got at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Gilbert. I asked Culinary Dropout if we could borrow a cake cutter. They didn't have one. Weird. This was a Red Velvet cake and this was absolutely divine. It was moist. The frosting was some sort of yummy cream cheese frosting. The cake was perfectly sized for our party of 14. The cake was the best part of our meal and it didn't come from Culinary Dropout. I would pay this much for a meal at Roy's for lunch for this sized party, but alas, all the Roy's in the valley are closed down. So sad. I'm not saying this place is bad or the food tastes bad. It's okay and pricey. If the food was great or amazing, we don't mind pricey. We have paid over $1K for meals for our big party, and happily do so when the food is equivalent to the price.
