We've had the best experience with Saucedo Plumbing. We started calling on them just late 2024 for our rental property, for issues landlords typically run into, like replacing a toilet seal, snaking drains and replacing a garbage disposal--not major problems, but even so, each time Alberto and his team have done a great job. They're friendly, knowledgeable and very conscientious. When making appointments, we're given a 1-hour window (instead of the 3-4 hours we typically get from other plumbing services) but they've come either right on time or even earlier. I really would like to give this place a review and high stars based on what I have read and heard from others, but I requested a quote on here and it says they respond in 30 minutes and it had been 2 days and I canceled the project request. So instead my husband called them and left a message. Someone texted him for more info and he sent photos of the problem...but no one ever got back to us and our shower is still leaking! So it's one star because of bad response time. Perhaps there was a family emergency? Great service! Called at 9:30 AM with a clogged bathtub drain, had a technician (Jesus) sent out with a window from 1-3 PM, and he was there right at 1 PM. Jesus was great, very polite and explained that the clog was further down than my snake could reach, and showed me the clog. He stuck around to ensure water was flowing. Saucedo plumbing is the bomb - they have done multiple projects for us, including inspections, fixing a leaking pipe that totally messed up a bunch of drywall, and hooking up a new washer / dryer. They are very straightfwd in terms of what you really need vs. what is nice to have. Exceptional, thoughtful service by Skyler on garbage disposal installation to replace a leaking very old unit and fixing of a toilet that was constantly running. He is a really helpful and courteous guy. Excellent and prompt help from Alberto by text about the problem and what kind of unit to get in advance and where to pick it up. The whole problem was resolved within 24 hours, plus I got the running old toilet resolved and a good prognosis about when it would need replacing.
