What really separates Sauced from a lot of wing places, though, is that they're actually doing the work. Everything is homemade and prepared from scratch in the kitchen, and you can taste it. The atmosphere is fantastic. Plenty of TVs, plenty of staff, and everyone seems to know exactly what they're supposed to be doing.
