I went recently and ordered a Brooklyn style 3 topping and wow did they load it with toppings, cheese and sauce. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 large pizzas and chicken bites with a 2L Dr. Pepper for carryout via the app for $44.10 at 1919, said it was estimated to be ready between 39-49 minutes. 2130 rolls around and app still says it's being prepared, I try to call 3 times, each time I'm greeted with "domino's please hold" and no one ever came back to the phone. So my husband decided to go with my dad (who is visiting from out of town) to see if it was ready and maybe the app hadn't updated. Nope it was correct! They go in and speak with the "manager" who tells them they are understaffed and have over 50 orders waiting. They decide to go hang out in walmart to kill time and come back 30 minutes later at 2230 at which point the food is ready. They told them the total was $57 and some change now. My husband said no it should be $44.10 per my emailed receiept and shows it to him and the "manager" says that he can only go by what the computer says and that my husband should be grateful because he already comped the bill 40%. HUH??? That would mean that 2 large pizzas and chicken and a 2L would've originally been $142. Just completely insane. I understand being understaffed. It's hard to find good employees right now but there comes a point where they need to start having someone call people and tell them there's an over 2 hour wait for pizza so they can cancel or wait and they need to cancel delivery orders and pull the drivers in to help get caught up. This was just a completely disappointing experience. The last time we went, they tried to take my husband's debit card from him because they thought it was stolen. Luckily, I was in my (law enforcement) uniform in the parking lot and came in to see what the issue was, and they started acting appropriately and gave it back. We decided to give them another shot because we just wanted pizza after spending the day in the pool, but we learned our lesson this time for sure and will never ever be ordering from Domino's again. read more

Dirtiest pizza place I have ever seen in my entire life! Watched in horror an employee handle cash at the cash register then turn around and handle pizza dough; no hand washing, no gloves! Absolutely disgusting! Employees in the back also handled food without gloves and I don't think anyone there knows what soap and water is. The Health Department will be contacted Monday morning. Recently ordered from this Dominos and as usual, I was pleased! Their pizza is always tasty, but my favorite thing to order and would always recommend is their Bacon and Jalapeno cheese sticks. I paired that off with their chicken bites, the BBQ ones with bacon and cheese. Mmmm... The chicken was delicious, juicy and the portion was big enough that the meal fed both of us. One thing I have noticed about fast food and pizza places is their lack of good quality customer service, but this Dominos seems to defy my expectations every time. I will admit, I once got the wrong pizza delivered to me, but after I called, they fixed the issue. A tip for anyone ordering from here, listen to the specials on the phone, they usually have some amazing deals . If none of those interest me, I usually tell the person what I want and then ask if they have any coupons it matches. We've lived in the area for 10 years and before tonight, had many good experiences at this Dominos. I can only assume this location is under new management. We placed a carry out order. When we arrived to pick it up, the restaurant was filthy - not exaggerating...there was a foul smell, and some of the staff were not well groomed nor clean. One working at the front counter made a crude joke, and was trying to be obvious about it. Our food was undercooked, to the point that we threw it away - between what we witnessed and tbe poor preparation, it just wasn't sanitary. I know the local schools and area events have brought a lot of business to this Dominos - so, I hope this was an unfortunate experience that won't be shared by others in the future. read more

I love ordering from this Dominos!! The staff is super friendly and do everything they can to please their customers. The parmesan bites are addictive. I have tried a wide variety of their menu and have loved it all! I had a couple of deliveries messed up, this rarely hapens, and they went above and beyond to fix the problem. Including delivering a new pizza one time, the next time they gave me free parm bites and a dessert on my next order. One time they were out of something that I ordered so they gave me my other item at half off! I was amazed, they didn't have to do that. Their food is always hot and delicious. THE SCAM.... beware the "5 topping" pizza thing is a marketing scam to upsell you. what they do is they put five 1/5s of toppings on the pizza (unless the only bother to put three 1/3s on there!). the pizzas do not have a full pepperoni topping, a full sausage, full beef, full onion, full olive topping...they have a little of each, but when you look at the pizza it's still just mostly wide-open space across the cheese. when i have time i'm going to notify the state attorney general of the scam, and will send a report to the city, county, and better business bureau. ****don't pay more for a five topping, just stick to the one topping...it'll be harder for those morons to mess it up or screw you over. if you want a true 5-topping pizza go somewhere else. read more
