This place promises a ready time but when that time comes and the app says your order is ready there is usually two or three orders still in front of your order. It is an expensive option compared to other pizza places in the area and slow to have your food ready. The food is good and the people are nice but be prepared to always wait in excess of 40 minutes for your order to to be ready when other places are ready in less than 15 minutes. Update. After a long day, I placed an order here for pickup for a "Big Dinner Box" which came with 2 pizzas, cheesy bread, and buffalo wings. I also added an order of Cinnabon mini cinnamon rolls. I was surprised that when I entered to pick up my food around 6:00 pm that the restaurant was almost completely empty. Even more surprising was that my order was ready on time! This may seem like a small thing, but I have waited extremely long for to go orders in the past at other local restaurants. The young lady at the cash register was very pleasant and professional and I liked that even though I placed my order online that I was able to pay in the store. The restaurant was a decent sized establishment, and seemed clean from what I saw. Upon arriving home, we were extremely satisfied with the quality and freshness of our food. I would probably discourage anyone from ordering the mini cinnamon rolls though as I didn't find that they were worth the price of $7.99. But overall, my experience exceeded my expectations. First time we ordered a deal buy two pizzas for a certain price, order gets delivered with only one pizza, we called in to ask about the other, the general manager Tom says there's nothing he can do we'll have to talk to IT. We payed for two pizzas, only got one, and the Manager refuses to send us the other pizza, says we'll have to pay for it, Then he hangs up and won't pick up the phone again when we called back four times. What kind of customer service it that? We accumulated enough points to order one more time from them, unfortunately the food matched the managers attitude, burnt and underwhelming. Best pizza in town. We choose hand tossed crust but thin and thick crust available. Generous with cheese and toppings. Very reasonably priced. Clean dining room, good atmosphere. We have tried everyone else in town over the years and this is #1 hands down. Wish we tried them sooner. So I just read some of the old reviews and I'm shocked. There is no pizza bar anymore. The place must have been remodeled because the picture of inside had different furniture and cool pictures. Much nicer than the one shown on this site. Table side service was offered and drinks were filled. My husband is excited to stop here for Cinnabon's instead of having to drive to San Antonio. I love Pizza Hut and come often. Today my kids and I are sick and we wanted to take advantage of curbside which we've done a lot lately since it's our go to when we're feeling under the weather. First they answered and hung up twice. Then the third time I called back I was told by the manager they cannot do curbside because they are short handed. I said I'm at the parking spot right i the front door and I am sick and is why I'd prefer not to go in and she said "okay we can do carry out not curbside". I wanted to avoid the delivery fee since I was on my way home from picking up my groceries and honestly just hated the attitude I was given in that response. I ordered online at 7:30pm on a Friday night, now I understand how this works and typically places are busier Friday evenings so I take my time to get there and arrive right around 8:00pm. Today, May 23, 2022 we stopped at the pizza hut in Boerne, Tx. What a mistake that we won't repeat. We ordered 3 mild spicy boneless wings and 2 pans of brownies. We were told it would be 15 minutes. Waited in the car and went back in after 15 minutes. We got 3 wings (of course stupid us we didn't ck it) and we asked about the brownies. The cook said he didn't see that on the order and Elsa showed him where it was. So now we gotta wait another 12-15 minutes. Go figure! They are finally done and delivered to us and we drove back home to Bandera. Got home ready for those boneless mild spicy wings and omg! We got honey Q wings. Geeze, is that cook drinking, smoking, asleep or what. Now we sit in Bandera county wishing we hadn't given this place another chance. There won't be anymore chances tho'. I had two large pizzas delivered and One was made wrong and they were both cold. I complained and was told that I would get a refund but four days later I noticed on my card there was no refund. I called the store to inquire about my refund and was told that someone would call me back. Two days later I called again because I had received no refund and Jessica the manager told me she would take care of it and call me back in 30 minutes. Two hours later I decided to call again and there was no answer so I decided to go to the store. At first I was told Jessica was there then I was told she wasn't. The manager told me he would give me a refund but told me I had to wait while he finishes making pizzas and waiting on someone else that came in behind me.
