Order not correct! Drove home 16 miles and opened bag to potato salad that was awful! I ordered Cream Corn. I hate anyones potatoe salad but mine, it was mush. I got out my food processor to add their pickles and onions, I wish I had celery and boiled eggs that might have helped. I ordered Creamed corn NOT potato salad. For how much we spent it should have been right. We can't drive to town to fix it because that is exactly opposite of convenient which is why we went into town to get it in the first place! I love coming here for their delicious food! Prices are alright, and staff have always been friendly- especially the young men that work there. They have always been accommodating and help you with whatever questions. The drive thru can be a little slow sometimes- but it's bbq so I understand. I love their sides too! Only downside was , they shorted us our potato's on every item we ordered And did not tell us. A report from Mo's Land of Bland. Smokey it's not. My wife and I tried Mo's for Sunday lunch for the first time, hoping for some real smoked Texas barbecue. That's not the meal we got. I ordered the two-meat plate of brisket and ribs. My wife ordered brisket and turkey. My brisket was very lean with a thin 3/16" smoke line depth, which didn't impart much smoke flavor, more like dry roast beef. Her brisket was a very juicy interior cut but with zero smoke line and zero smoke flavor. It was more like moist roast beef. Given the distinct difference in cuts of meat, it would have been appropriate to ask our preference in cuts before randomly serving fat and lean. The ribs remarkably had no smokiness. Just bland pork. The best of the lot was the smoked turkey which was moist and had decent smoke penetration. The sides of potato salad and coleslaw were standard fare. The barbecue sauce was mildly flavored and the right thickness. Sorry, Mo. No 'mo. read more
