Food is delicious. I've had their "tendees" and four different sauces: Saucy Sauce, Saucy Ranch, Smokey Bacon Ranch and Sweet 'n Saucy BBQ. The only one I didn't like was the BBQ. Also, I saw no difference between the Saucy Ranch and the Smokey Bacon Ranch so I suspect that I was given the Saucy Ranch instead of the Smokey Bacon Ranch. My first visit was via Drive-Thru and I had no issues. Today, I ate inside. Food was still delicious but, I see some room for improvement as follows. (Note: these may all be a result of this being a very new location.) WiFi wasn't working and the manager wasn't aware until I mentioned it. I had to ask for a fork (there were knives available on the service bar but no forks). I had to ask for ketchup for my fries rather than being able to grab some from the service bar. Dine-in area is small for a busy lunch hour. Also, they are a "Pepsi store" rather than a "Coke store". That won't matter to Pepsi lovers but may matter to Coke lovers. I've tried this place quite a few times and the tenders never disappoint . I know everyone has different experiences at fast food joints but every time I've tried this place...The chicken has been fresh and fries have been fresh. The place is called saucy and they have quite a few options to choose from. I do quite enjoy the bacon ranch sauce and I think there's something for everyone.. I did try the wraps but they're not my favorite, quite a bit messy and the puffies... well there was nothing puffy about the ones we got so I never got those again but as far as the chicken goes, it's really good :) read more

Checked out Saucy shortly after they opened. First off, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit enjoyable right away. Food-wise, there are a couple things that could use improvement. The chicken tenders were tasty but didn't have much crispness -- not sure if that's the intended style or just something that needs tweaking. We also didn't get the fries that were supposed to come with a 6-piece combo. That said, the sauces were solid, and the best item we had was the "taco" (even though it's not technically called a taco). That was easily the highlight. I was also happy to see brussel sprouts offered as a side -- always appreciate more interesting options. Overall, this place has a lot of promise. With some consistency and fine-tuning, I could see it becoming a go-to spot. read more

First time going. I ordered through the drive-thru and asked for the 3 Chick'ito Combo, but I received the wrong order. Instead, I got 4 strips with fries and a drink. Even though it wasn't what I ordered, the food was hot and fresh and I still enjoyed it. I'll definitely give them another try hopefully next time I get what I ordered. read more

First time was amazing. Went back multiple times afterwards only to be disappointed. Either wrong order or just straight up gross. Last sandwich I ordered was sitting in a puddle of sauce- not including what the bottom bun had already soaked up. It was soggy and not even edible. Just tossed it and won't be returning. There's also no awning above drive thru so employee asking about my day and asking if we've been there before while I got drenched in rain was not a fun experience. Not great service. read more

I ordered a tropicana rainbow splash it was expensive for no reason, I got a small for SEVEN dollars! It didn't look like the photo on the menu at all. There was no pink juice in it. i was here at this location on my lunch break on my phone looking at the menu , when a manager name jackie came up to my son when he was just about to order and has been here and ordered food other days. the lady name jackie came up to my son stating he was solicting when that wasnt the case she even threaten to call the police when in reality he was just sitting down minding his buissness .im a gm and i would never go up to anyone with that kind of behavior.i would like to know who promoted this person she doesnt represent her title as manager very well thats poor management .than she called my son job trying to say he was the problem, what is this ladys problem ?!we will never go to this location or another saucey .i highly recommend h.r or whoever is in charge to make sure you have proper management and whoever you choose to manage your store that they are worthy .this kind of behavior will have your store shut down i do not recommend this place at all. also while being in the lobby the employees and the manager jackie were being very disruptive and loud . i think the lady name jackie needs to go back in training for customer service or maybe she just doesnt like her job! this is very sad i see why chick fil a is still up and running. customer service is everthing !!!!!!! read more

I would give customer service five stars, Food 4 1/2 stars but atmosphere only 1 to 2 stars. So overall, I gave it at three. The tenders were very good. Great selection of sauces. The seating was sparse and uncomfortable. The only table for six people was outside. Atmosphere was sterile and Baron. Lots of open space. Did not like having only a kiosk option to order. Good concept. Horrible execution. This restaurant has one simple concept: Chicken Tenders with a bunch of different sauces. What did Saucy do? Fuck up the literal only thing on their menu. The chicken was horrible. It wasn't crispy, it was horribly rubbery and chewy, and it had zero flavor. And the sauces? They taste like jack shit. That restaurant is running off of hopes and dreams cause it sure as hell isn't running off of good business. Wouldn't be surprised if it closes down in a couple of months. Amazing service, clean facility, awesome variety to choose from. I took my two kids for the first time, and we ended up getting every sauce they had. All were delicious, our favorite is the smoky bacon ranch. Highly recommend, will be one of our new favorite go-to. read more
