Hands down the best meal I've eaten in a long time! As someone who has to eat gluten-free, I was blown away by the homemade gluten-free crust. It was absolutely incredible and didn't taste like a compromise at all. Everything tasted so fresh, high quality, and made with care. The owner is phenomenal and is so passionate about the quality of her food and ingredients. Such a great lunch spot! For under $20, I got a delicious personal pizza, a fresh salad, and a drink--an amazing value. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were just right. So, while the pizza was pretty good, at least the pepperoni was, the price that they charge is outrageous for what we got. 2 8 inch pizza and 1 thing of wings was over 50! Personally, not worth the money. The Seoul pizza was not good, and yes I knew it was going to be interesting but it just didn't work. The pepperoni was pretty good, but not worth the cost. Honestly probably one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time I had a friend ask me to go recently as they knew I was gluten free. Today I went back and took my mom and sister and they loved it! I only wish they had cheese bread that was gluten free. If you are in Corpus and looking for a good pizza place that is efficient on dietary needs such as dairy and gluten this is your place. It's clean, welcoming, and the staff is super friendly. I believe the owner is always in the building as well you can tell by her presence. Stumbled upon Saucy Mamas while looking for something new to try. Tucked in a shopping center, this place feels cozy with indoor and outdoor seating. You place your order on the self service kiosk. What piqued my interest was the unique flavor combinations. Different but in a good way. We were told the Crispy Pepperoni + Hot Honey + Ricotta was a best seller. After tasting it, I can tell why. The flavors meshed well on the two pizzas we tried. And I look forward to coming back and trying the other signature pizzas. read more

Visited Saucy Mamas Pizzeria for lunch with a friend and we each had their new Perfect Portion lunch. it was truly PERFECTION! couldn't have asked for better! Delicious Glow Bowl salad, and the perfect size pizza! We were both absolutely delighted with how fresh and tasty it all was. The owner even cared enough to come by our table and ask how everything was. Restaurant was nice and clean, bathrooms were as well. We'll be back! read more

The food here is first rate but a bit pricey. I've also become a little irked by the $2.16 charge for extra salad dressing when eating in. We eat here twice a month and generally get two salads and a pizza for our small family. It's $80 with a modest tip, and I was asked for $2.16 for an extra dressing. I get that on a to-go order, but dining in? And I had prepaid a $5 tip when it's a self-service restaurant. Not impressed this time, and we're taking a break. read more

Pizza crust has great flavor but the price is high. $14.00 for an 8 inch cheese pizza with veggies so after I paid a small tip and tax it was $18.50. Veggies are free which is much appreciated I got basil, olives, mushrooms and garlic. After I ordered, I did realize I forgot to get the cilantro jalapeño crème drizzle and I went back to the counter and the cashier did inform me it would be an extra charge, even though the menu said it would be free, although I questioned this, she said it wasn't included. I was willing to try this place from previous reviews, but I should have trusted my instincts when the outside of the entrance had a lot of trash in the bushes. Once inside reviewed the place, menu. 5 tables seats around 20. I ordered a sixteen inch pizza, two 6 piece chicken wings and three sodas. $71.00! Ok, this better be the best pizza in Corpus at that price. While waiting on food, I saw a worker deliver plates, napkins, utensils to a table. When our food was about ready, I had to walk up to the ordering counter to get it. Food came fairly quickly, pizza was average, chicken wings (air fried) was tasty but a very thin drizzle of sauce. Overall experience was very below average for $71.00. There are many better places in Corpus. Pass on this one. read more

Amazing food and service. I loved our first experience at Saucy Mamas. While it was slightly more expensive than your regular pizza chain, the ingredients were super fresh and the experience was 5 stars. We had the Spicy Hawaiian and Margarita pizzas and Cutris-Tumeric Buffalo Wings. It is a smaller place, so it would be hard to sit larger parties if others were already eating at tables. read more
