I LOVE this car wash! I pay for a gold wash package which is unlimited washes. I live by the beach…read moreand park outside. This package is worth its weight in "gold" !!!! One, I can go as many times as I want per month! Two, I don't have to vacuum my own car and sweat my ass off trying to get the dog hair off. Three , my black car looks brand new every time I leave. Four, I like how they offer things when you get there on the laminated sheet so that you can actually figure out what you want to have done to your car rather than just saying a silver package that really wasn't what you needed. Five, if I ever see anything that needs a touch up or redo, they get right back to it and fix it; no questions asked! I also like when they tell me I'll need a wax job soon. I park outside by sprinklers and get hard water spotting on my black paint job. . The manager is so nice and he shows when it's getting pretty bad and I make the decision of when I need to wax. That's another thing about this place: the customer service! Luis Garcia is one of the managers (I think) . He inspects every car before they leave. He always strives to make us as the customers happy !! An example .One day, I had a playground ball fall out off car and do you know it bounced wayyyyyy down beach blvd and he had he's boys jump in the car and go pick it up!!! UPDATE: Updating my review since the business owner…read moreobviously likes to respond to all his negative reviews to try and control the narrative - saying customers are lying, leaving false reviews, or weren't even customers to begin with. To start, the business owner is saying I lied about my experience and I was "belligerent" over them being late. He edited his response to me four different times (see emails). To address his original comments: 1.) "you provided two different numbers" -- this information is correct, however, the business owner ONLY used the primary one (just for clarification) and never contacted the other number throughout this experience. 2.) "over an hour before arrival, we informed you our technician would be running late" -- I wasn't contacted by anyone from this company until *I* reached out first, by this time, the technician was already late by 10 minutes. 3.) "we completed your full service including the engine bay detail, which we have clear photo evidence of" -- business owner offered free wash, wax, and engine bay cleaning due to being late - the wax was not done, or done poorly, and the engine bay was not cleaned, we were picking leaves out of it and its dusty, as you can see in the picture. 4.) "after the job was finished, we spoke directly" -- no? We didn't speak directly. I spoke to your technician and thanked him for his work and tipped him - but since he showed up late, we were pressed on time and needed to be on our way and didn't check the car throughly. 5.) "I still gave you a courtesy discount due to the delay" -- for clarification, no discount was given on the initial cost of the Interior Only detail. Only the offer of free services that were not completed, other than the wash. 6.) "you were belligerent over us arriving 30 minutes late, even though we had already let you know in advance that we were running behind and confirmed before booking that you had the entire day open." -- apparently, a customer being short and annoyed that your technician was running late with no notice isn't allowed lmao. If a woman says "hi." or "no, I don't want to cancel" is considered "belligerent", I suppose that's a whole other issue you have. Again, I wasn't told in advance that your technician would be late, and I never once said I had the entire day open. 7.) "Throughout the entire process, your behavior toward our team was distasteful and confrontational." -- when your technician arrived, I said hello, and politely asked him to move his car from blocking the driveway. That was the only interaction I had with him, aside from tipping him. We let him do his work and we sat in front of the house in the sun for about 20 minutes, on our property, several feet away from him. Overall, this company lacks professionalism and can't admit to being wrong. Cya

I'm so grateful for they being able to fit me into their schedule! Steve came to my apartment to clean my car, and was super nice! He did a great job getting rid of any stains and odor. My car smells brand new. There were some small areas that he missed, however they were pollen stains that even I couldn't get out if I tried, and some paint chips on the hood, but there's always a risk if that with pressure washing so I don't really care. He also threw in a clay coating since he was running a little behind, which was super kind! The price for the exterior and interior silver package is pretty consistent with other car detailing services. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend!

Also they paid really close attention to detail, after we ended they still inspected one last time to make sure they didn't miss any spots. My headlights look great now also.
